Bensons for beds are excellent to deal with from showroom staff to delivery men . Everything went seamlessly and will buy from them again in the future

Purchased my items at bensons gateshead, everyone was so helpful there, would highly reccomend, and the 2 Andys that ldelivered them were so helpful and polite, we are so happy with our new bed and mattress and are having many nights of wonderful sleep, thank you so much.

From the sales team to the delivery team the communication was excellent throughout. I visited a store so I could look at the items I wanted to buy. The salesperson, Louise was really helpful and patient. She talked me through the options and gave me all the relevant pricing information. She was never pushy and that gave me the impression that they wanted me to get what was right for me.

I was kept informed of the delivery timelines and was given a time slot for the date of delivery 3 days beforehand and there was an option to select a different delivery from the date agreed in store.

On the day of the delivery I was called by the delivery team around 45 minutes beforehand to say when they would arrive.

The delivery team( Lee and Jamie) were so helpful and professional, they set up the bed and head board with no fuss and cleared up afterwards.

I would definitely recommend Bensons, great service and range of products and the items are good quality at a fair price. There was also an eight year warranty with my items and the staff are wonderful.

All members of staff were extremely helpful offering a range of different mattresses to us which, consequently, made us choose a different mattress which ended up feeling just as good. I only caught one of the colleagues names, Ken who was our server.

Extremely easy and straight forward to order and complete purchase online. Delivery's we're on time as expected.

The sales manager was very knowledgeable, friendly and helped us to understand exactly what we were getting. Even went the extra mile to make sure we had any discount that was available. The mattress has since been delivered and we couldn't be happier with it - such a change from the ancient one we had before!

All the staff in the store were pleasant and friendly and helpful without being ‘pushy’. Andrew was the member of staff who served us and talked knowledgeably about what we might need and best options and about delivery times for what we had chosen.

From visiting the Gateshead store to delivery, my experience buying a bed and mattress from Bensons for beds was excellent.
No pressure in store when deciding on and trying almost every Tempur mattress (a few times) Angela was fantastic.
Being kept up to date via emails prior to delivery day and then on the day receiving a courtesy call from Stew and Linton say they were enroute.
Really lovely Guys who were far faster than I ever would have been putting together the Bed and clearing everything away afterwards.
