Very good service from start to finish. Good sales team at Kidderminster. I was given good advice, as I have a lower back issue, and I didn't feel pressured into buying. I was told well in advance, my delivery slot, then I had a phone call day before with a 2 hour slot, then I was rang with 3o mins before delivery. The 2 chaps delivering were extremely polite
