Was impressed with Customer Service, Mo and Sid were able to help with our queries regarding a recent TV bed purchase (more TV setup than bed but it was helpful) sort us with some bedside cabinets and show us a new bed which Sid was building and we could well be purchasing in the next few months.

Buying a new bed base.
I had ordered the wrong sized mattress for my bed base which resulted me in having to buy a new base for my bed. The salesman was neither sympathetic or apologetic because of the situation I was in but he was very good at selling beds.

Got what we came for !
We were left to browse the store, after being asked initially if we needed any help. The staff were discretely just to hand if we had needed any advice. Once we had made our decisions, we were offered some finalising advice before Debra completed our sale in an efficient and knowledgeable manner, assisted briefly by the other pleasant member of staff on duty

Bedroom furniture
Recently I have purchased my property and I wasn't sure what mattress would be suitable for me. One of the staff called Mo has been very patient, kind and went through all the options and mattresses to find the perfect one. Also he was very helpful with ideas and I was very pleased because I could choose what bedroom furniture I would need . Thank you very much for making more easy for me.
