Great communication
The whole process was efficient and easy. I was given a lot of help to choose the right mattress. It was delivered on time, and with care. Lots of communication on the delivery and on care of the mattress. And the mattress itself is just right - extremely comfortable.

From the moment we enter the the store there was no pressure from the sales assistants we had a good browse around and we decided what beds we were interested in. Jane the sales assistant was very informative and had a wealth of knowledge on all the products in store.
