The staff in the shop were very helpful and knowledgeable. They didn’t over complicate the selection process. Delivered within a couple of weeks by 2 very nice chaps. Took old mattress away. Very happy with the service.

We now bought a bed and sofa bed from Bensons and each time the advice and guidance from the staff in the Leicester branch has been excellent. They take the time to understand your requirements and don't pressure you into something you don't need or want. Delivery service was good as well.

Bed was delivered to time and disassembly and installation was great and everything cleaned up afterwards.

They were too good, in fact I learnt few things from their visits.
I express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service my family received during our two recent bed deliveries on 6th August and 28th August.
Both deliveries were handled by Paul and Ian, and I cannot speak highly enough of their professionalism. They called well in advance, arrived precisely within the stipulated timeframe, and carried out the deliveries with efficiency and care.
What stood out most was their wonderful attitude. Paul and Ian were consistently courteous, professional, and genuinely caring, bringing a warm smile to both visits. They didn't just deliver a product but went above and beyond to transform a routine delivery into a masterclass in customer care and service. Their strong work ethics, faultless mannerisms, and respect for our home truly impressed us.

It was easy to get the bed, arrange delivery and they put it upstairs. Bed was easy to install and is a good quality.

I was advised on the options for a mattress based on my preferences. I lay on the mattresses to test their comfort. There was no pressure to choose. I was given detailed information on the different mattresses - how they are constructed, how supportive they are, how to care for them, etc. I was given plenty of time to assess the mattresses and am confident in my choice.
