The service in store was excellent
The service in store was excellent - no pressure, just good, honest advice.
Bed was delivered to time and disassembly and installation was great and everything cleaned up afterwards.
Would recommend using Bensons.

Perfect delivery
They were too good, in fact I learnt few things from their visits.
I express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service my family received during our two recent bed deliveries on 6th August and 28th August.
Both deliveries were handled by Paul and Ian, and I cannot speak highly enough of their professionalism. They called well in advance, arrived precisely within the stipulated timeframe, and carried out the deliveries with efficiency and care.
What stood out most was their wonderful attitude. Paul and Ian were consistently courteous, professional, and genuinely caring, bringing a warm smile to both visits. They didn't just deliver a product but went above and beyond to transform a routine delivery into a masterclass in customer care and service. Their strong work ethics, faultless mannerisms, and respect for our home truly impressed us.
Paul and Ian are a massive credit to your company and a top-notch team.

I was advised on the options for a mattress based on my preferences. I lay on the mattresses to test their comfort. There was no pressure to choose. I was given detailed information on the different mattresses - how they are constructed, how supportive they are, how to care for them, etc. I was given plenty of time to assess the mattresses and am confident in my choice.

Had a good choice of beds to choose from ,the salesperson was polite,friendly and efficient at her job. Our order was sorted out and delivery was only a week later which came on time and put in room we wanted it in.
