Very good and Victoria in the Llandudno store was very helpful answered all our questions and wasn’t pushy , also we found the other members of staff there very pleasant
Very helpful and knowledgeable and we didn't have to wait to long for delivery. My only issue would be the amount of text messages and emails you receive is rediculas far to many.

Looking for a bed & mattress for my brother who recently returned to uk. He actually liked the one I’d earmarked but needed to try several mattresses. Staff were very patient & helpful as I was persuading brother that getting the one he found most comfortable would be a good investment. Big sis is always right & I know he will appreciate a good night’s sleep when bed gets delivered.

Very happy we went there
We popped into the shop after going to a rival big bed company. The difference was unbelievable in price and customer service. Dawn really listened to us and understood what we needed. There was no pushing us to things outside our price range, and they arranged for me to make a payment after payday with no fuss. Delivery was quickly arranged and they kept in touch over the phone via Dawn so that was a nice personal touch.

Jason was absolutely brilliant
Jason was absolutely brilliant, got us to use the simulator machine to understand what preferences we have and advised us on what would suit best. He also updated me regularly with any price changes and what options we had available to us. Jason is a credit to the Llandudno team
