As I walked into the store I was greeted by Dawn, she asked me what I'm looking for and presented me with available options within my budget. Dawn was very friendly and helpful, guided me through everything. I ended up buying a double bed with a mattress at a reasonable price.

5 Star treatment
When we decided to look for a new mattress we could have just looked on line for the cheapest deal, but we went into Benson’s and the level of knowledge of the sales staff that we dealt with was excellent. Dawn Davies was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and gave us time and space to decide which mattress we wanted to buy based on our budget and the recommendation of having our sleeping positions analysed in store. Thanks for the 5 Star treatment, we are really looking forward to delivery on the next few weeks, well done Bensons!.

Quality service
I bought a bed today from Bensons for beds in Llandudno North wales from a lovely Man named Jamie, he was an absolute gem, very kind, helpful and patient with my decisions, a special digital bed that shows different supports for back and pressure points best suited soft, medium firm and extra firm, on his advise and choice helped me to decide on the best for my chronic back conditions, give this man a raise! If anyone is looking into purchasing a new bed, just ask for Jamie, I am delighted in the service this young man provided. Well done and thankyou!

Great idea of the test mattress. It lets you know what kind of mattress suits the customer. Either hard mrdium or soft.

The entire experience was great. It was my first time buying myself a mattress and Craig was extremely helpful with explaining things to me. He didn't try and upsell anything to me and took my preferences into consideration. All in all brilliant service
