It is the first time I have ever had to shop for a n adjustable bed. I have severe osteoarthritis.
I chose Bensons, and also Dreams after I had researched online. Bensons was first and I didn't have to any further! Amazingly, as the lovely lady showed me the bed in the shop, it had everything I needed it to have. So I didn't go to Dreams.
My experience was delightful, kind and understanding.
The lady deserves special thanks for her excellent customer service.

Purchased Divan ottoman bed & headboard, all staff were friendly and helpful and had good knowledge of the different types of beds

The whole process took about 20 mins the assistant was polite, knowledgeable the products were great value for money the store was clean i was offered to test the products.

Mattress that we ordered didn't arrive, kept getting emails pushing the arriving date back further, our child was sleeping on a blow up bed after moving ro our new home. We cancelled the mattress in the end as we had to order another to come sooner. They are now still trying to claim back delivery charges which I feel should be given as a good will gesture given the hassle we have had
