I visited the staples corner store with my family to choose an adjustable bed for my elderly mother. We were served by Sanjay who was extremely welcoming and made us all feel comfortable. He showed us what the store had to offer in line with our requirements and proved to be extremely knowledgeable. I can't fault our experience in the store and will happily recommend Bensons Staples corner to others.

We ordered an orthopedic mattress from Bensons for £1500. When we placed the order, everything seemed fine, and the salesperson never informed us that the mattress might have a strong smell of dampness or gas, which could last up to 10 days.

Yesterday, after waiting eight days, we finally received the mattress and got rid of our old one. However, within a few hours, we noticed a terrible musty, damp, and moldy odor coming from the new mattress. The smell is so strong and unbearable that we can’t even stay in the bedroom—it’s nauseating and has given us headaches. Despite keeping the windows open in this cold weather, the odor won’t go away.

Both my spouse and I suffer from back pain, and now For two nights, we have been sleeping on blankets in the living room, which is extremely uncomfortable.

We contacted Bensons today, and they refused to help. They told us this smell is “normal” and that we need to wait 10 days. If the smell persists after that, they might send someone to inspect it. Only after we purchased the mattress did they mention that a sticker on the mattress warns about the smell, but we were never informed about this at the time of purchase.

I do not recommend buying from Bensons—it’s been a nightmare.

Sanjay approached me as soon as I walked in the door and asked if I needed assistance. He showed me multiple options, the benefits of each and asked directing questions to help narrow down the choices to those that fit my needs. Once we had decided on the frame, headboard and mattress it was a painless process to go through the order and complete payment.

bensons for beds are a complete shambles they sent text messages on two different occasions telling my bed was on its way and nothing showed up having pull my house apart twice to receive the delivery.
Do not order a bed from them unlees you want to be let down a lot of hassle to go with it they are a bag of s h i t e....W.a.n.k.e.r.s

Cancelled my delivery with 4 hours notice and I have to wait another 4 weeks.

The teams for Bensons beds in Staples Corner work very helpful the reason I gave two stars on the day of delivery of my bed got a phone call saying my headboard would not be delivered due to supplier problems and I would have to wait a whole month no suggestion of what they could offer me as compensation I had to ring them to find out what was going on a week later this is not good customer service very annoyed even once I email them the response was not great neither from customer services very poor
