Given a shorter time slot for the delivery the day before, and it did arrive during the 2 hours. The men were polite and cheerful, and bed delivered with no hassle. However, after they left I realised that the bed was still in it's packaging. Whilst we know we were to assemble the bed, I was surprised to see it still wrapped - since found out that we needed to pay extra for that privilege!!

From the original phone call ( I couldn't attend the show room) to recycling my old mattress the whole experience was amazing. Éveryone was so helpful understanding professional and caring, I felt listened to and valued as a customer. And the mattress is brilliant too. Well done and thank you. Ps the delivery men were amazing. So thoughtful and helpful.

We were greeted when we entered the shop then left to have a good look around, the sales person answered all are questions and told us about the offers and compared prices of a couple of beds , which helped us decide on are purchase, 🙂

Excellent product, service and communication throughout.

The sales staff were very friendly and patient but did not offer a sleep consultation and didn't ask whether I sleep on my side or back - and this has a huge impact on which mattress you choose. I had bought a mattress from Bensons 18 months earlier which proved very unsatisfactory and, having done some research online, found that this - and the mattresses recommended on my previous visit - were definitely not ideal for those who sleep on their side. If I had bought either of the two suggested for me in store I would have finished up with the same problem!

Helpful staff, no pressure sales

The instore service was good, helpful and friendly. The wait for delivery was reasonable and the delivery team were great.

Both the delivery men were polite, speedy and at all times professional they are a credit to Benson Beds. Both removed their shoes and cleared away all the packaging you wouldn't even of known they had been apart from a new bed where the old one had been, well done and thank you.

Have just had wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet delivered and erected. From ordering to delivery Bensons have been first class. Wardrobe was put together quickly and professionally. Fitters were polite and friendly. Would highly recommend Bensons for Beds

After being to another shop where the salesmen was pushy to get a sale headed to benson told them what I wanted and showed me where they were and left us to it until we were ready to choose great customer service. Would recommend
