We went to the Weston-super-Mare branch looking for a new king size bed. We were welcomed to the store and given free reign to try any of the beds in the showroom. We were also told if we had any questions then just ask. I much prefer this approach as personally I hate pushy sales staff who barely let you get through the door before bombarding you with questions. We had as much time as we needed and finally settled on one of the first beds we tried!!
The overall experience was relaxed and we achieved exactly what we went in for, a new bed!

My wife and I were considering changing the mattress on our bed. Ricky welcomed us into the store and enquired about our requirements. We explained in detail what we were looking for. He told us that each mattress was available in any size and was interchangeable with the different types of divan, about the various technologies available (sprung, memory foam etc), and the warranties provided with each of the price ranges. He invited us to explore the store and try out any that we might be interested in. We tried several different options and decided upon a mattress with an iGel topper. Ricky then explained the deals available if we included the divan base, the different colour and storage options. Once he showed us the power ottoman option we decided to go ahead. He gave us an excellent price, which included removal/recycling our old bed, a mattress protector, complimentary damage insurance and power lift assembly. Ricky was friendly and extremely helpful. We never felt that we were being pressured into anything, he answered all our questions and was very polite and patient during our visit. We were extremely grateful for his assistance helping us to make the best choice, and deal, for our purchase.

Friendly and knowledgeable Emily was great and really understood what I wanted and helped me pick out a bed I liked but when we realised that the delivery date was TBC she then found me something that I liked even more.
