Seamless order and delivery process
From initial enquiry within the store, to regular email communication and updates, the delivery process was seamless and excellent.
As we were on a tight turnaround, we were advised which products were suitable for Express delivery and this was much appreciated.
We added on Installation as unsure but ,
following a 5 minute service for £90, would not have added that!

Service in store & delivery were excellent
The assistant in the shop was excellent without being intrusive. She also worked out how we could get a bigger discount by buying a pillow. Delivery fees included carrying the matress upstairs and putting it on the bed (and taking away the old one), unlike Dreams for Beds who only deliver to the front door unless you pay extra. We went to both shops so we could compare. I'd recommend Bensons for better value. The delivery team were excellent and we could track the delivery on the day.

Leah from the Yeovil branch was extremely friendly, helpful it made it easier to choose the right bed for me. John and Tom my delivery guys were very friendly, chatty. They checked to see if i wanted them to take there shoes off which i did as had a new carpet. They also made sure the bed was positioned the way,i wanted including the side ottoman opening. Overall from start to finish i would 100% recommend bensons

We were very pleased with the friendly, professional service and knowledge of the staff at Bensons Yeovil. Tracy in particular was a credit to the company and looked after us very well. I would like to thank Tracy for the excellent service and support. My order arrived on time, and even though we had to change the delivery dates, everything went smoothly. The bed was delivered in excellent condition, and the team did a fantastic job assembling it efficiently and professionally. They also took the time to show us how to handle and use the bed properly.
