Sent the wrong size item, ordered through Wowcher. Beanbag website has no contact details to request a return, and Wowcher has no Merchant Details either.

Not as described item. Extremely slow customer service, won’t refund.
Got no where, fell for a scam with Wowcher as usual. Learnt my lesson.

Unfortunately I went through Wowcher. Ordered 3 pair of Gloves and was only sent 1. Sent them the receipt that clearly stated 3 pairs but that wasn’t’ good enough for them, just kept going around in circles.
Absolute scam of a company

Brought a tablet for my child didn't even last a day it cut of and won't work. It's rubbish and you keep ignoring my emails.

Don't buy its a scam

Awful company, ordered some GPS trackers off them which were on the GoGroopie site. Never arrived, Benzbag completely ignore all correspondence, they are a SHAM company. Had to take up my complaint through GoGroopie who i must say have been excellent and today refunded my money.
DO NOT USE BENZBAG, you will lose your money and have nothing but hassle, they should not be allowed to trade.

I bought shark blanket from wowcher which arrived damaged company not responding to me. Wowcher should also take some responsibility here amd not let companies like his advertise with them. I normally check out reviews of new companies I deal with first but didn't thinking it could be trusted as through wowcher. How wrong was I and now I would never use this company again amd will think twice before I use wowcher again.

I ordered from Groupon those brown slippers and after 4 days the order was marked as delivered by EVRI/ Hermes. It has not been delivered and the company can't be contacted-I doubt Groupon will step in to refund me or keep the seller responsible. AVOID AND REPORT!

THIS COMPANY NEEDS LOOKING INTO.. the reviews say it all!! Obviously a scam company or not fit for purpose.. I’ve tried to contact them via GoGroopie & their own web site…Nothing. I put an order in through GoGroopie and they arnt bothered either, but still take your cash!!Think it’s time to take it further..

No item after 2 weeks, Evri claim that they can't find it, Benzbags help is about as far away from helpful as you can get. Automated first reply then no contact whatsoever. How Wowcher can allow these scumbags to sell stuff under their name is despicable. Complete con artists, do NOT use.

This should be zero stars. Ordereded heated gilette through Living Social who used supplier Benzbag to deliver item. Order number 45975535.
The item didn't arrive so chased with LS who told me to take it up with Benzbag.
After numerous emails still no response. I won't be seeing my order or money again.
Do not use Benzbag they are a con company.
I will never use LS again as despite numerous complaints they still use them as a supplier.
Obviously LS has no customer care. Just take the money.

I ordered through Groupon. They use Evri. They of course "can't find" my parcel. Benzbag doesn't answer email. No parcel, no money. Never again!

Bought earbuds, which don’t work the way they should. Emailed them last week asking about the return process - no answer. Emailed today again. The worst possible customer service. Would not recommend buying anything from this lot.

Ordered a "waterproof" raincoat through LivingSocial. Raincoat arrived and it couldn't be any less waterproof. Shockingly false advertising. Now gearing up to fight for a refund.

Awful slow service. Loses parcels due to using Evri as delivery provider Takes over 36 hours to reply to an email.

Avoid at all costs.
