Well I was very dubious after reading reviews .. but .. I was proved wrong, informed throughout via email, item arrived before due date, I am blown away by the quality on my hairdryer .. don’t worry about this company .. 5 out of 5 for me

Awful company, I ordered some hair curlers through GoGroopie, they arrived but didn’t work, I was able to use them once then they didn’t hold the battery so couldn’t use them again. I sent a email to the company, they are dreadful at replying, sometimes taking upto 1 week for a response. Eventually they sent me a new pair, these did not arrive but I was told they had been delivered and was sent a proof picture, this was not my front door. I asked what address they sent them to and it wasn’t even in the same county as me. I would never order from them again

Bought 3 GPS trackers, only they are not GPS. Utterly useless if they go more than 25 meters apart,or lose bluetooth connection. This is false advertising as they are advertised as GPS.
I can't be bothered trying for a refund as I think it would be more hassel than its worth, but they know that. Dont waste your money!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
I ordered something through them via Wowcher. The product was 3 weeks late and when it arrived it bore no resemblance at all to the product ordered. They had the cheek to offer me half the price back as a refund and then did not refund me when they said they would.
Wowcher didn't refund either, they issued a credit note which did not include the postage costs.

After receiving receipts and taking my money this is the email from benzbag and only that I needed to change delivery address I found this out or I would never would of known

I also ordered from this company via wowcher, over a month ago. My item was described as delivered but I have not received them. Have tried emailing both benz and wowcher with no answer from either. Scam traders

If I could I'd give zero stars. Purchased a kids sleeping bag pillow through wowcher, never arrived. Their website is awful there are no contact details, no response to emails and wowcher just tell me to contact benzbag directly. Can't even track my order it just says order processing. If I could give zero stars I would!

Absolute scam. Placed an order on wowcher over 3 weeks ago, I've emailed numerous times to be ignored every time, i then contact wowcher for help and they themselves are not doing anything about this. Seems like they are in business together robbing innocent people. Avoid ordering here, read all the reviews before you even think of purchasing.

I bought a pair of ladies ankle boots from this lot (who by the way also trade as Next Simple Business Ltd.) through Groupon. The boots are so narrow around the ankle that I cannot get my foot halfway in. I eventually found an email for them, but they refuse to answer after I asked for a refund. Keep clear of these thieves, how Groupon have the nerve to be associated with them I’ll never know. BE WARNED KEEP CLEAR.

Order eventually arrived after many emails. Doesn’t fit but when requesting to return they suggested they refund £6 of the £14 paid and I keep it!? No thank you.

Ordered childs unicorn sleeping bag via Wowcher, it arrived eventually, but as soon as my daughter tried to use it the zip came off - there is no stopper at each end of the zip..... useless! I contacted Wowcher, they told me to contact the supplier Benzbag, I can't even find any contact details for them!!!! That's £25 down the drain!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Ordered a pair of socks as a Christmas present two months ago. Haven't received anything. Their website has a Contact Us link that doesn't work. No contact from despite emails. No phone number - surprisingly.

Order from Wowcher. Don’t bother. Dreadful quality. Going straight in the bin :-(.

I ordered 2 x writing tablets from Wowcher via Benzbag order ref - 43650148/ wowcher code M78NJAY93GM5 & UCJV4DAFE5R9 on 09/11/2022. I received a delivery date of 13/12/2022 but still not received my goods.
These were Christmas presents for my 2 grand children so really unhappy that they did not arrive on time. After seeing all the negative reviews on here about the company I am astounded why Wowcher is still promoting their services. If someone can have the decency to come back to me and let me know when I can expect my delivery, one very unhappy customer.

No stars at all. They sent a Portable Mini Heater w/ faulty plug. I requested a refund but they never responded.Order Ref. # 978051889.

I bought knit shark socks from wowcher by benzbag. They are not knitted socks they don't look anything like the pictures or descriptions. To get a refund I have to return wait 14 days to see if they meet their expectations before I get my money back. I have not bothered doing this as I don't feel I will get my money. I will not bother with wowcher again

I have been waiting for over 2 weeks for my product. however 2 weeks later, having spoken to the delivery firm, my parcel still has not left benzbag depot. I wish I had read the reviews first as I would never have ordered from them. can't give 0 star, however if it was an option then 0 star is what I would give. its now theft as I have no product and they still have my money. bad form. bad customer service. 0 star.

Ordered hair curler through GoGroopie. Didn't realise it was a voucher. Created an account with Benzbag to order the goods but when applied voucher code stated it didn't exist. No email, no correspondence, no idea if I will receive the goods or not. No telephone number, contact details or email address to complain. Wish I had read the reviews before buying the voucher. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

I want to return item i ordered from Groupon.

I am finding it very difficult in getting response from these people.
