I had accidentally put the same order in twice. I had a phone call from the company to verify. They promptly refunded one of the orders and cancelled it for me.

We love these pans

We love these pans! They truly are non stick and hard wearing. You just need to avoid metal utensils and oil then from time to time. They are definitely worth the cost. The customer service is great

Delivery now promised for this week

I'm still waiting for the delivery. You really should check that you've actually completed the supply before you ask for 'experience feedback'!
The update is that a couple of hours after posting above I received a response call from the supply office apologising for the mishmash. The goods are now promised for this week.

Unfortunately, we had sold out of the item that you had ordered. We did call you on the day your order was placed and offered either a full refund or delivery of the product within a couple of weeks once it was back in stock and at the time you were seemingly quite happy to wait.

Please note that we have now recieved stock of the item and so it should be with you in the coming days as advised earlier today by telephone.

As a gesture of goodwill and to go some way towards rectifying the situation positively for you I have refunded the cost of the postage that you paid back to the card that you paid with. Please allow 3-5 days for this credit to show.

I had an issue with the base of a wok I…

I had an issue with the base of a wok I ordered being too small to work on my induction hob. I contacted customer services and they sorted it out without any trouble. They were very responsive and I had a brand new bigger wok within 48 hours, no quibbles. Really was the best customer service

I've had my saucepans now for about 2…

I've had my saucepans now for about 2 years and they are still like new I know they are not cheap but my are they worth it. I recently had a problem with one of my lids I somehow managed to crack it, I ordered a new one had a problem about the delivery it was bot delivered I rang customer service and they immediately investigated it and is now on the way excellent service all round

Top notch service

Wow. Great, responsive and efficient service. I had bought and received a 28cm berghoff saucepan replacement lid. The item cracked on 2nd use on the hob. When I contacted the company, I received an almost immediate response stating the item would be posted out. Received same in well packaged box. A very happy customer. Top marks!

BergHOFf excellent products

I have had Berghoff saucepans & steamer for nearly 25 years, they have been a great servant for many years of home cooked meals. Recently one of my smaller pans lid had broken, so I looked up the sight, measured my pans & ordered new ones. These arrived, well packaged within a few days, great fit & I am really pleased to be able to keep using my pans. Thankyou.

Not cheap but worth every penny

After around 8 years of regular use my Berghoff Eurocast non-stick Sauté pan both on the hob and in the oven it finally started to lose its non-stick properties. It did still work but not as well as I would like so have now invested in another. They’re not cheap but they are exceptional quality and utilise a non toxic PFOA free ceramic coating . Having a removable handle and an oven proof domed glass lid are also big pluses when moving a pan from hob to oven and perfect for transferring direct to table. A great investment.

Purchased a set of pans at the winter…

Purchased a set of pans at the winter good food show. Excellent quality and strong pans, had an issue with 1 pan coating and they replaced it straight away under their 5 year warranty.

Very bad delivery service

The reason I have given 1 star is that the courier has given me 3 delivery dates but failed to deliver and claimed to have left a calling card after I contacted the courier company they have admitted the driver was not at my property at all so as of this time I still have not received my package.By using DX Express courier services you are damaging you company's good reputation

We can only apologise on their behalf that the delivery of your order took so long to reach you.

Unfortunately, it would appear that they experienced some delays over the festive period which resulted in customer inconvenience for which we take responsibility. Annoyingly, we are not informed when there are any delivery issues by DX so unless the customer tells us, we cannot step in to help action the delivery.

I should stress that we send all parcels with a ‘next day’ label but it would appear that on this occasion it took several days and several attempts for the parcel to reach you.

As a gesture of goodwill and to go some way towards rectifying the situation positively for you I have refunded not only the cost of the postage that you paid for your order but an additional 50% from the cost of the glass lid back to the card that you paid with. Please allow 3-5 days for this credit to show.

Non nonstick pan

My nonstick pan had started (after relatively few washes) to lose its non-stickability...for boiling milk! The support person 's push-back was to tell me I had to keep the bottom shiny - which is difficult to do given that you want to focus on a swift, soapy sponge...washed and gone. Poor pan, poor aftersales service.

We are pleased to offer a 5 year warranty on our cookware.

When you contacted our office, we asked you to provide a copy of your warranty activation code to confirm that the warranty had been activated and that the purchase was made directly from us - this process also enables us to ensure that the pan is still within the warranty period.

You could not provide the requested information but we understand that not everyone remembers to register for the warranty and so unlike many other companies we even extended this facility to enable you to merely provide a copy of your proof of purchase. This could have been in the form of a credit card receipt; bank statement showing the transaction or a picture of the completed warranty form supplied at POS. We believe this process to have been more than fair.

Unfortunately you were also unable to provide this information. We are sorry that you feel our aftersales service is "poor". Our usual procedure at this point would be to ask for the pan to be returned back to us for full testing and if found faulty we would provide a replacement under the terms of the warranty. Sadly, we are unable to do so until we can determine that the pan was purchased directly from us and within the warranty period.

We would urge you to forward us a copy of your proof of purchase at which point we can look to assist further and if necessary offer a replacement under the terms of the warranty.

Berghoff Non stick pans

We received two Berghoff sauté pans as a Christmas present. These were not exactly the size we needed/ wanted. No problem- the staff at the ?head office could not have been more helpful. The pans were changed for more suitable sizes for our needs and although our choice was a little more expensive we were not even charged the difference. I wish all companies were as easy to deal with.

Have been using Berghoff cookware range for years, very high quality. Managed to break one of our pot's glass lids recently, and was able or buy a replacement directly from BergHoff. Received it relatively quickly and fits pot well.

Very Impressive

I bought a BergHoff Eurocast from a show in the summer. I was so impressed I have ordered more product. Unfortunately I made an error with my order so didn’t receive what I wanted. Not a problem!! I phoned BergHOFF and talked to a very friendly lady who immediately sent out what I should have ordered.
Not only a fantastic product but a fantastic back up service as well.
