This company took £170 for a jacket that I never received. They did not respond to my emails requesting refund and said that I would have to wait until they had processed the return even though they had never sent it out to me. Shocking customer service. I would never use this company again

Awful customer service. They do not reply directly to emails unless to ask that 'you avoid sending questions'. I just want to know if I will receive my item so I can determine if I need to order elsewhere to ensure it arrives in time to be gifted for Christmas!

Still waiting for my bike GPS Garmin almost 11 days since ordering, no shock it’s been delayed at the port (Covid Christmas & Brexit looming) that I can deal with, whats disappointed me is the poor customer service, emailed twice to see if I need to cancel and reorder in England (as it’s a Christmas present) however no response not even an acknowledgment :((

Like everybody else who has reviewed. I was skeptical at first when ordering as my purchase was going to be over £700 and i wast aware of Bergzeit before now. I called them to see if everything was kosher and it was. I ordered my product on the Friday from the UK and it arrived on Tuesday morning with DHL (dhl system was rubbish but not Bergzeits fault). Bergzeit is a 10/10 company. P.s i never knew this company was huge in Germany. Will order from them again 100%! Thank you

Seller allowed me to select and buy a shoe size they did not have in stock then informed me via email that my order can not be changed and will be dispatched. Worst service ever basically scammed me. AVOID

I was sceptical buying from this website as some of the reviews were quite negative. However, I bit the bullet and bought form Bergzeit. I had nothing but a positive experience. I ordered some skis bindings and they came 3 days later packaged well and in great condition.

Purchased Hoka Cavu in late June. Ive been running regularly on average 4 times a week, with one long run over 10miles most weeks. Unfortunately by early October the Hoka couldnt keep up and split on the insides. I contacted Bergzeit who requested I clean the item and return, they supplied the postage so the return was free of charge and they refunded me in full.Excellent service cant recommend enough!!!

First time I have ever used their services. Ordered 3 high value items from Bergzeit to be shipped to inner Hebridean of Scotland. Items went through around 5 check points before reaching UK DHL. It then sat for 4 days in their depot before being transferred to a local carrier. Arrived in normal expected shipping time and could not be happier. Goods are brand new/emmaculate. All packed very well. So happy with everything I would highly recommend to others to shop Bergzeit.

Wasn't sure about ordering since very mixed reviews, but the deal was so good I went for the gamble. Jacket arrived in 5 days, excellent product, no problems, 5 star service, I would use it again.

I placed an order on September the first, and after about ten days, at my request, I was informed that the same had not been correctly registered by their systems so it would have been cancelled, although the products of the order were still available for the purchase ..... another 15 days to get the refund, obviously net of bank charges .... bad

On Tuesday 22 September I ordered a pair of Brooks Ghost 12GTX running shoes for a good price. Regular updates and tracking of parcel viewable online. Shoes received Saturday 26th September. Amazing, bearing in mind they came via air from mainland Europe, Switzerland I think.

We ordered a jacket for our son, delivery time was fine. Correct jacket arrived but the removable fleece was not there, we have tried to contact customer service twice now with no reply, very poor, we had planned to buy more but now we cannot trust this site. If you are reading this....please respond to emails....

Ordered a pair of Five Ten Freeride Pros for a lot less than rrp (£80). The correct item arrived 5 days later. Not a problem.

Ordered on Bank holiday Monday, delivered on Saturday. Packaging didn't look that sturdy but was delivered in pristine condition.
DHL delivery as well 👍👍
Would order from them again without hesitation

Really happy with my first experience of using Bergzeit - I ordered a pair of Zamberlan walking boots (that were significantly cheaper than elsewhere) and they were delivered to the UK in five days (arrived today). There were regular tracking updates on Bergzeit and through DHL too. Obviously it's just my experience but very happy with everything as a first time customer!

I ordered a dress in the Bergzeit sale. A few days later, the parcel arrived from DHL, but it was completely empty. I contacted Bergzeit by email ten days ago, and although I have had several automated emails acknowledging my message, I still haven't had a proper response from them or a refund, and the item I wanted is now out of stock. I completely understand that COVID is still affecting customer service, but this seems poor even by current standards.

Beware for now. 3-5 days delivery but maybe +2 due to the pandemic; we'll proactively update you. Seems fair enough. But on the 9th day there had been no dispatch, and no communication. Like others, they ask you not to contact as they don't have any information on deliveries. I cancelled my order as it seemed unlikely ever to leave, let alone arrive. They did respond quickly to the cancellation and refunded the money a week later. . Alpinetrek seems a good alternative with dispatch confirmed the day after ordering.

Something seems wrong at Bergzeit. I recently ordered and paid for a £350 tent and when it hadn't come within a reasonable amount of time chased it, only to receive the same response as another reviewer: 'please don't contact us about your orders.'! I insisted they did respond and was told that actually they didn't have the tent in stock and that I had already been refunded the money. A week later after a exchange which included denial and supplying numbers of non-existent transaction, I was finally refunded the money: by then I felt lucky to have got it. I got the impression Accounts were being slippery: the customer service woman seemed sincere. I will not be risking my money with them again. By the way, I bought the same tent online from World of Camping and got it within 2 days and no nonsense.
