All items came well packaged.

Late ordering cut-off time was a great option and goods were delivered on time the next day

Only giving 4 stars as we had to go on a little goose chase for our order being delivered to the wrong place, but luckily with Beth's help we managed to locate it. Never had an issue with BES - always great products, delivery & now hands on customer service.

Really good company, technical advice is excellent. I had a problem with a valve which they sorted next day.

Very happy with the press gun, first class piece of kit which will save using heat to do my work. Ordering couldn’t have been easier and delivery was quick. I have used BES for many years and have never had any problems, highly recommended

Awful company. Mis-sold me a gas supply years ago. Sadly they’d rang and promised a price over an un-recorded call then call back with the contract over a recorded conversation. It took me 3 years to get out of contract and even at the end they tried to rip me off. Thankfully citizens advice and the energy ombudsman got involved. Avoid at all costs.

Delivered on time and the courier knocked on my door and I received it in person which was great as delivery’s of other couriers have just been left at my front door. Good service thankyou

Ordered an external gas meter cover to fit against eternal wall , I contacted the as it didn't have back cover it only covered front and sides too and bottom, £80, for flimsy plastic, which only covers part of the meter, had to purchase other part separate. Contacted the company incase a part was missing, and was repeatedly told to lok at the pictures on the item, which I said yes , but when I purchase a cover at that price, I would at least expect it to cover to meter,

Placed an order for next day delivery (well over £10 cheaper than usual supplier) but on receiving the confirmation email I realised i'd used the office not site address. I called and got through to Beth C expecting to be told i'd need to order again and return the original given the speed of order processing this late in the day (gone 3pm). Beth put me on hold and managed to stop the order and re-arrange the address. Totally my fault but Beth saved me a ton of hassle, all sorted quickly and with a smile. Great service, thanks again!
