Advice, find it yourself...

Advice from an 'expert' .... A joke! It suggest's you visit their website. No guidence to where on the website.
To put it crudly, it's saying "f off, here's a book, find it yourself"
Using simple, cheap AI is worse than not offering a service.

Rang BES with a query today

Rang BES with a query today, trying to source a product i purchased from them in 2019. I spoke to Tracy who was extremely helpful and very pleasant to talk to.
Unfortunately the product is now discontinued, and i was unable to view previous orders that far back. If i could have, or the product was still available, the review would be 5 stars.
But, nonetheless, Tracy was excellent in trying to resolve my query

Excellent Telephone sales

I had trouble confirming if material's. I needed was in stock on line so gave them a call , Excellent phone manner and very knowledgeable and helpful . With this experience I will phone in future to place an order rather than use web site I prefer to talk to a female voice than use a key board any day !

Good prices on the whole good customer care from tracey had an issue with the accounts department calling me that could have been sorted quicker and possibly delayed my delivery but got sorted later , will now see when the goods arrive, how long it takes and if everything is in order
