Very fast delivery ordered Sunday delivery Monday

still not received our delivery , poor service

Great customer service from BES.
I had an issue with changing the delivery address with a resent order i placed online, one quick email later and Bethan had sorted the problem.

Needed a secondary meter for a rented property, enough detail on bes. website to choose the correct one, plus any ancillaries required, this alone told me they new there business, highly recommend.

I needed a replacement gas meter but I was unsure of the type I required . I rang and spoke to Terry in the technical department. I have to say the service I received was second to none . His knowledge and advice made the whole process very easy. I did comment to him at the time , that it was a pleasure to chat with him.
Also when I went to place the order I spoke to a lady called Tracy and she was just the same. Extremely helpful, friendly and a pleasure to chat to.
Both are clearly great ambassadors for this company. I will definitely be ordering again in the future.

A great shopping experience. The website was being updated and my order couldn't be completed so I called the order line and my call was taken by Tracy. It was a pleasure to speak with someone so friendly, personable and efficient. You can't beat human interaction. She is a credit to the company.

My experience through the BES Sales Portal wasn't extremely positive, and in the end gave up and reverted to the ol' fashion "Phone the Order through". Tracy took my call and reinstalled my faith in BES...... she processed the order for delivery tomorrow so smoothly, and helped me every stage of the way. Always great service but this time, while dealing with delivery issues (the fault of DPD) the service I experienced from Beth Crickmore in the sales team was exceptional. Despite ongoing issues she was relentless in pursuing a positive outcome, continuously friendly, apologetic, informative and helpful, an absolute pleasure to deal with. She’s a real credit to BES, if only more people in the world could have this positive and productive energy!

Tracy & Sean was a great help to me, not on one, but two occasions. I ordered late one night and made a mistake with my delivery address (It had been a long day) but Sean was to help and corrected my mistake for me hassle free, second time I realised I forgot some key items on my order (did I say it was a long day? haha) however, I rang back instantly and got through to Tracy, she was very understanding and happy to help again, very good service from Tracy & Sean, exactly what you want... after a long day... :D
