They don’t disclose any fees or Comission and if you realise don’t refund your money. I don’t understand why the government lets them stay open

This place is a MASSIVE SCAM! she gave me a rate and then deducted her feed after we agreed on the rate. Their fees were 30%!! I basically waited outside for a few hrs and told every single person that was about to walk in what they did to me. I would estimate they lost about 15 transactions before she came out and agreed to give me 50% discount on the fees. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE EVER!

Never go to this exchange rate they spoke so fast and it seemed like I was getting a good rate … they robbed me of over £100 for changing £800 into euros

Scam Artists! Taking advantage of turists. State the exchange rate then take extra $20 "Fee" and another "$10" Fee on top of the money they are making. PURE SCAM! Stay away and tell all your friends to stay away! as my grandma would say "mangia merde e morte!"

She told us the exchange rate and then gave us less than agreed after taking our money, we said we weren't happy and asked for our GBP back and she flat refused and said she couldn't now (even though we hadn't signed for the transaction yet) she told us we had to sign and then dispute it with the office, we have done and they are saying the transaction was correct. It wasn't.
We told her we had £645 to change she said exchange rate was 1.15940 so we would get €747.81.
Happy with that we handed over the GBP and she processed on the computer then passed us the receipt which said £645, rate 1.15940 = €556.35

Said we weren't happy and wanted GBP back but she argued with us that she couldn't give us it back now she had it in hand!!! Absolute scam.

The main office said she was correct in that transaction but how they work that out I do not know! Stay away from them!

Scammed my wife by speaking fast and in broken English - utterly disgusting behaviour from 2 smiling thieves. Completely confused her and charged her £1.33 for every 89p Euro - utterly vile individuals. The scammer of the Spanish Steps - do not do near these two vile individuals and this scamming company.

My family and I was visiting Verona and it’s extremely sad to be taken advantage of when you’re a tourist and trade in $500 US dollars and receive $352.65. This companies a scam and I will definitely make it know everywhere possible because it should have been $463. I sent an email to Customer Service and they’re not free to respond for over two weeks.

This is a scam. They robbed us with a commission of 20%. Do not use it. Let’s take them ok business

I exchanged $200 US and was given €130, the man who exchanged 4 minutes before me got €150 euros for his $200 US. I asked if the rate changed in that time frame. She started aggressively screaming at me that l was rude, that I threw my money at her, that I didn't say hello. She said "I'm educated! you come here to my house and be rude to me! He was nicer to me than you were! It's on camera" She pointed to the camera. She was yelling so loudly through her microphone i covered the speaker because it was painfully loud. She wouldn't let me cancel the transaction. She said if I exchanged MORE money she'd give me the rate she gave him. I did say hello to her. I was preoccupied with my own personal problems so I wasn't making small talk about the weather.
She didn't smile at us when we walked up. She was serious and I was ok with that until she was unfair and rude. I’m not sure if any stranger in any business has ever been so rude and hurtful to me.

Used the branch in Sorrento Italy gave them my ID and Debet card got my €250
Only wnen I got back to hotel found they had charged me €72 charges rip off

What a blatant rip off! In Florence Italy, asked for closest bank to get some euros from this exchange office, was advised we can do that, cost only the exchange rate Australian end. Only to find an extra charge of €84. No mention of any fees incurred. I am sick of travellers being ripped off left right and centre throughout Europe.
I would like a total refund of charge €84.43

Agree with all other reviewers. DONT USE THIS SERVICE. Swindlers is a polite description. We used our visa to with draw money from our account. Asked for 200 euro. They charged 259.59 euro. But didn’t declare or advise this fee upfront. Before handing the receipt over the lovely lady stapled their card to the top and used a distraction tactic to advise of discounts on further transactions and then also handed a voucher for a free wine from a nearby cafe. Con artist in the first degree. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

This company is an Italian mafia. DO NOT CHANGE WITH THEM, or you’ll have to pay three times commission fees that they do not declare clearly.

Con Artist, the worst of the worst, never exchange your money on any of the offices of Best and Fast Change Italia, they will scam you and take 20% of your hard earn money. I will write reviews on any single website I can so people are aware of this company.

This is the worst company.remember, never ever doing any exchange with them. The employees on purpose do not remind the customer that they charge 20% exchange commission fee. Once you have done, they said the transaction can not undone. It is robbery.

HUGE SCAM!!!! The two individuals working the booth today are absolutely horrible. Instead of telling us the higher amount you exchange, the higher the return rate… They watched a group of friends put money together to save time with the exchange and charged us almost half of what we put in. Letting us know to do it individually to save money on the exchange rate is what a decent human would do. This company needs to be put out of business.
