I telephoned on day 1 to ensure Panasonic Lumix FZ45 in stock, then ordered it.Within 1 hour received text to confirm parcel with courier, and gave me a tracking number.
Day 2 I checked courier online and was given a 1 hour delivery slot. This was backed up by another text. Item arrived within 1 hour delivery slot allocated. Item well packed and have used already.
From ordering in Merseyside to delivery in Kent S.E.England took under 27 hours.
I had placed my order with Best Cameras due to many other high quality 'feedback' , for good price, for free postage and free guarentee and Free camera case facilities.
I would most definately state that, in my opinion, Best Cameras give a high quality efficient service, that is very prompt and professional. I would definately recommend them to anyone. I will certainly buy from them again.

Got exactly what I ordered on a Friday. Delivery was promised for Monday between 8.56 and 9.56 a.m. Delivery took place on Monday at 9.10 a.m.

As above well named Company - simply the best Camera Co I have dealt with for a long time. From very informative Emails - very professional explicit detailed documentation. The delivery service could not be bettered with a splendid traceability system from leaving the shop to delivery to my address. Price-wise - best on the market and also included a quality genuine Nikon case - free of charge and free delivery . I would recommend Best Cameras to anyone without hesitation.

The order was acknowledged immediately, a date for delivery given and a text received to give the approximate time of delivery. It came at the time given and the service cannot be faulted!

The camera I ordered was initially out of stock but I was not told this at the point of order which was a bit disappointing. In their defence Best Camera emailed me straight away to inform me stock was due the following week, as it's intended as a Christmas present I was in no hurry. The choice was extensive and competitively priced. True to their word the following week I received an email to confirm that the order had been dispatched. The courier service they use sent both text and email to advise me of a 1 hour delivery slot and a consignment number so that I could track the order. Having received the goods in perfect condition and within my time slot, I would definitely recommend Best Camera.

Excellent service and very competitive prices. Ordered a JVC camcorder and was advised not only of the day (next day) deliivery but also the exact time of delivery. This was a standard cost free delivery for a product that was offered at the lowest price available on the net with an extra year's guarantee and a free camcorder bag plus a free extra battery from the manufacturer i.e. a genuine UK product.

i would answer all the question with a 10 if the camera is as good as your service there will be no complaint

Some extra accessories good quality esp. Samsonite case. Delivery split but all arrived before Xmas despite heavy snow. Was phoned to be assured about second delivery.

I have a wonderful online shopping experience with the "Best Cameras.co.uk. Very efficient, excellent communication through emails, a text message of expected delivery time from courier company so that I did not need to hang around at my house wondering where my camera was. Very competitive price, beating all the well known high street shops and giving an extra 3 years warranty and a camera case as a deal package and a free delivery. The camera is brand new sealed and I am most grateful to the manager Mr Lee Pierson and his team for their hard work. Very fast dispatch. I ordered on line on Saturday evening and the camera was dispatched on Monday morning, arrived Tuesday lunch time. 19th April 2011 update.
Well, I ordered an extra zoom Panasonic 42-200mm lens by phone call on Monday the 18th of April at 9:30 am and the lens arrived next day at lunch time.Even though I ordered this zoom lens a week after my first original order of Panasonic Lumix G10 on the 9th of April, Mr Pierson still gave me a grace period so that I was still qualified for the discounted price. What Can I say more about this wonderful Best Camera.co.uk . I will not go any other camera shop. Thank you so much.
