Done interstate state from Melbourne to Cairns,
pros- received all items without any damage happy

Cons- over charged around $2k just before delivery items as they mentioned stuffs took bit more space. They haven't mentioned it before otherwise I could check out those things rather than paying that amount

Not trustworthy- not sure whether they have storage in different areas of country as they mentioned,because their interstate process not matching with whatever they are offering

Do not recommend !!

James spoke over me constantly. Apparently the load size would be fine, only to be charged extra to take what was deemed extra furniture. Had to leave alot of stuff behind which was very inconvenient. Charged further amount which was near the original quoted amount. Was double charged as well and took 4mths to retrieve reimbursement. Constantly full of excuses!

The worst experience moving ever!!!
James was polite and courteous and couldn't do enough for me. moving from North Qld to Victoria. Until day of pick up. Driver was rude and so unprofessional. Complained about having not enough space etc. Telling James I was adding so much to the load etc. they were shown what was to go on the truck and were ok with that. I stated I have to break the bed and desk down for them. Everything was packed and ready to go most of this out front waiting, except heavy stuff. Anyhow, I was told 4-7 day delivery. it was over 10 days later. Was accused of going from 10-15 m3 to 23 m3 wow for a 2 bedroom partly furnished unit. He then proceeded to charge me nearly double of original quote from 3.5k to 6.3k. Items have gone missing. No such thing as decent customer service. And also be aware you don’t get furniture insurance, only transit insurance. There is a difference!!! apparently as I found out. I do NOT recommend this company unless you want to be ripped off and have items missing on delivery.

Use this company to move a 4 bedroom house was promised for 15000 would be everything I listed everything to the last box when they turned up they had 2 trucks knowing they where only taking one to Brisbane after the first truck arrived I was given anther 2000 bill for rest of my belongings to still receive them but have things stolen everyone in our family are missing belongings from wedding dresses to boxes of clothes and kids toys please be careful when saying yes
