DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT use this company. They outsource customer service to India. The Customer service has no concept of urgent, no ability to work with someone who can resolve the issue quickly. DO not use this company. They are inept! I called, because I realized my shipping address was set to billing address. I told them how urgent it was and that fedex required the shipper to call and change deliver location. I called customer service and they did not call fedex to update the shipping location. I call the next day and tell them, this is urgent, Fedex is trying to deliver to the wrong address today. No urgency, we will call in 6 hours. AWFUL Customer experience.

Order was damaged in shipping. Order was for resale, our customer would not accept. Reprint refused, had to pay for a replacement order. Disappointed in customer service.

My experience with Best of Signs was a complete nightmare. I ordered a billboard on the 9th, providing my own professionally-designed files. Despite an estimated delivery on the 20th, their "design team" caused unnecessary delays. I submitted my design at a 1:1 scale to avoid file size issues, but they insisted on the original scale. When I provided the original PSD, they were able to open it but struggled to scale it up. They also couldn't open the PDF file at the original scale (40 feet x 13 feet) and lacked the competence to use the PSD for scaling modifications. This incompetence and lack of basic technical skills cost me an additional two weeks. It's unbelievable that a company in this industry lacks the technology and expertise to handle large-scale printing projects. Avoid Best of Signs at all costs if you value your time and want a smooth experience.
