The last 17 times I used BestParking everything went fine. We park in midtown to see Broadway shows. We also park near our doctor's offices. So far, so good. I know BP & a few others are all owned by the same company but so what? It's the service that counts.

Consumer affairs of nyc should investigate.
Don’t waste your time…
Parking reservation sites like this are basically a scam. The lots/garages are listed on multiple sites selling the same spots. Then, there is no one there to monitor the parking. You can pre-book a spot and arrive to a full lot because no one is technically “reserving” your space. They want you to book at a cheaper rate banking on you not filing for a refund. I would save yourself the trouble.
SCAM, SCAM, SCAM, SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!!
Definitely running a scam....we paid to park, they took the money from my account, then 2 weeks later sent a invoice and picture of my car saying I didn't pay and that I owe them $119. Of course, I have the proof I paid, but now have to deal with getting this fixed. I can see we are not the only people to have this problem. DO NOT NOT NOT USE THIS PARKING!

Chris b. Was a total bad ass. Thank you for making our trip awesome
Really really bad
Really really bad. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for convient and helpful parking or service.
I made a reservation well in advance and I was told I can’t park during my time. The man said “not my problem”.
BestParking is Worst Parking.
BestParking is Worst Parking.
Here is my experience. This company is run by fraudsters and is nothing more than a scam.
God help you if you have a customer service problem. Unlike a service like AirBnb, where they try to work with you in good faith to resolve a legitimate problem, BestParkng does the vanishing act.
No one is available on the phone. The toll free number just disconnects you.
The email address for support listed in the app is non-existent. Emails to it bounce.
The regulators, such as the local parking authorities should shut this company down.
Lot was full when I arrived…
Lot was full when I arrived to hotel parking and the attendants apologized and said they were sorry but we should have never been sold a parking spot on a very busy weekend. The whole point of pre-booking and pre-paying for parking is to secure a spot. I will not bother with bestparking.com again.
Very bad business
I booked a parking with them on May 7th at 130 PM and went to the spot but the entry was blocked with a sign that said Monthly parking only. So i went and find another parking. Then asked for refund but they denied my claim. Very bad business practice. I filed a complaint at BBB also. I will not recommend this company
DONT BOOK ON THAT APP!!!
DONT BOOK ON THAT APP!!!
I booked a parking and fully paid for it. I came to the garage and it was full. The garage doesnt sync with that app and they didnt let me in. I had to look for another garage for 25 minutes (came late to my meeting) and I paid double. The worst thing is - This fraudulent company wont even refund me for service I never got!!!!!!
Paid full price
Used it for the first time this weekend. The pass I purchased would not pull up on my phone - it was absent - though I paid for it.
Don't trust BestParking
Reserved a parking space in SF a week in advance of performance: space reserved to be available from 11 a.m. to 5. Supposedly valet parking; extra for small SUV. Arrived at 11:50, more than an hour
before performance. Garage was closed. Called best
parking for help. After a
frustratingly long wait, got a
rep who, after putting us on
hold again twice, couldn't help
us. By the time we found parking and walked the added distance to our event, we
missed the first 15 minutes of the performance. They did say my payment would be refunded, but I won't believe that until I see it.
First time using the app
First time using the app. Reservation for parking is super easy. Payment was a breeze. Fast forward to arriving at my parking reservation to find the parking lot fenced off and closed for construction. I was unable to connect with customer service after waiting on hold. My parking reservation was none refundable. My husband encouraged me to hang up because we needed to look for parking. We ended up missing the beginning of our event. So disappointed.
If I could give this business a zero I would…
If I could give them zero I would…supposed to be free cancellation up until start time…needed to cancel 10 minutes before and the app wouldn’t let me…called and there was unusual high call volume and asked me to leave a message, so I was charged…it’s a total scam
Do not trust or use BestParking
Do not trust or use BestParking. I reserved parking days prior, paid extra for the size of my car (even though it is a mid sized SVU), verified before we left, yet when we arrived, the attendant told us it was there were no spaces left and if we had a problem to get a refund. Nothing more- left us to fend for another spot on one of the busiest weekends in NYC. Add to this that we were in town for a very meaningful family event, that we missed half of given the lack of parking in the location. Disgusted - should have read the reviews first. And now I have to spend time trying to get my money back (the attendant apparently had no will/ authority to refund). Awful company.
They have the worst customer service
They have the worst customer service. They answered me once and were not helpful and then ghosted me. I paid for a reservation and the garage was full. I have to go through my credit card company to dispute the charge because they won't get back to me. fraudulent.
Don’t ever go here
Don’t ever go here. I reserved my spot for a Guns N’ Roses concert last night at 1148-50 W. Waveland Ave. in Chicago. I got to my parking spot and there was no spot open. Not only that but it was completely blocked with five cars near two spaces.
Save yourself the money and the aggravation. This place is awful.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
They sell parking, which doesn't exist and the lot attendants laugh and say, "oh, it's another one of these!" Bought "VIP Parking" for a Counting Crows concert in Charlotte so I could make a quick getaway after the concert and avoid the long lines in the parking garage. However, when I arrived at the lot, it was full and the parking attendants told me that this happens all the time, and there is no reserved "VIP Parking" in this lot. I asked what I should do, and they told me that I would have to try another lot, which took a while in concert traffic and then had to pay more money on top of what I paid to Best Parking, and ended up in the garage where I DID NOT want to be. I contacted their customer service who wanted me to prove that I paid for parking, but I paid with cash so how does that work?!?!? More inconvenience and I feel that this is a HUGE scam, because they will make it nearly impossible to recover a refund...I've wasted enough of my time on this, so you me and my money this time Best Parking...CONGRATS!!
Horrible Customer Service
I like the others paid for my parking and when we pulled up on time was told they were full and move away. I contacted best parking and they told me i needed to send them receipts for parking elsewhere. I replied back saying what does that have to do with anything. THE LAST 4 TIMES I USED THEM I HAVE HAD THIS PROBLEM. FINALLY IM DONE WITH THEM HOORIBLE SERVICE.
