Scam beware to…

Park chirp charged me 10 dollars to park at Memorial Hermann Parking Plaza and issued me a barcode to enter the garage AFTER my 7 pm reservation. Upon arrival there is nothing there to accept the barcode. I contacted management in the garage and they said they don't accept Park Chip. They instructed me to pull a ticket, pay AGAIN to park. Because ParkChirp doesn't let you enter until AFTER your reservation begins the refund button magically disappears once you enter the garage.

This is a SCAM. They don't answer customer service help requests. I'll report them to all authorities, BBB, and call my credit card company.

Buyer beware!!!!

They only got 1 star because I could not select a zero. This company is a scam. You will pay for a spot to park, arrive at the specified garage and find out you have no code…. Then you will pay 3.5 times the amount to park. I am happy to also post this company’s pathetic customer service reply’s I have received. I would not use them for any reason. Buyer beware!!

ParkChirp made a bogus Parking Booking…

ParkChirp made a bogus Parking Booking in San Francisco. ParkChirp charged my credit card to book a parking spot at 675 Townsend Street in San Francisco. They gave instructions to take a regular ticket, and press the intercom when ready to exit. Complete bogus. Not only did Park Chirp take my money, I had to pay the parking company as well!. I have receipts to prove it. When I Sent a copy of my booking receipt back to Park Chirp, I got an email stating that their email address doesn't exist! I am filing a dispute with my Card Company as soon as the charge clears. Don't use this bogus company!
