This wig is very chic and comfortable on the head. The color is awesome! It was 77 degrees today, and I wore my new wig outside, which was very light. The breeze on the wig was refreshing. My head did not feel overheated and I there was no sweat under the wig.

Great customer service, product, shipping and quality.

Only reason I am deciding to not purchase from them any longer is that they don't allow return of "African American" wigs. Seems kind of discriminatory to me.

WARNING: Don't buy ANYTHING from Best Wig Outlet. The pictured wig was not what showed up at my door. Don't put yourself through what I experienced.

Got a wig from them and as soon as I seen it and tried it on I immediately put it back in the box and requested a refund. I sent the wig back paying $17 with UPS, the same shipping method they used to send me the wig. When I was refunded I noticed that I was partially refunded, that $25 had been kept. I emailed and asked them I sent the wig back the same way they sent to me and only cost me $17 not $25. I was told that I was charged a $13 FSH fee and a cleaning fee because the wig had to be cleaned and the fibers was alter from me putting it back in the hair net. No where in the company policy does it say anything about a cleaning fee, only a fee if the wig was damaged, I knew about the FSH fee and it does not cost $25 to ship with UPS. They made up some BS cleaning fee. Very unethical and bad business practices from them and I will NOT be purchase them again, they will rip you off.

Do not buy from this company. They sent me a used wig in the wrong color and when I attempted to return it immediately they accused me of styling the wig, damaging it and only wanted to give me back $70. I never even took it out of the box because as soon as I opened it I could see it was the wrong color. Total jerks and I will tell the world to never buy from them.

Ordered 2 wigs. One was perfect. The other was terribly dark. I didn’t take it out of the box. Called customer service to make an exchange for the right color and told no returns. Mind you, I was not asking for money back or even a credit. They took my money and gave me nothing in return. I encourage everyone to avoid this company. The wigs they sell are available on several other sites.

Once I selected the wig and color I wanted (the hardest part of the order!), the ordering process was easy to follow - and the discount codes are GREAT! The order was even delivered a day early, which was a wonderful surprise!
When I received Audrey I did a little happy dance! The color (Iced Mocha-R) is perfect and the style is beautiful. I did cut in some bangs, but that's just my personal taste.

I had ordered a wig which when it arrived was too large and voluminous for my face and looked really fake but since it was on sale I thought the sale was final. Gave a review as requested and a very kind customer service lady responded saying that this wig qualified for an exchange or refund so I exchanged it for a Raquel Wech 'Winner' in petite and I love how this wig fits my head and doesn't overpower my face. This is the best customer service I've had in a long time. Brava, Best Wig Outlet!!

I felt I had to share my experience after seeing so many negative reviews. Granted I have never had to contact customer service or make a return so I can’t speak to how they handle problems, but my orders have always gone smoothly without issues. I am in the UK and have placed three orders with Best Wig Outlet up to now. I am a repeat customer as the prices are very competitive and they use DHL Express so I am not waiting too long or getting stressed out with any aspect of the delivery. Based on my experiences, I would recommend BWO.

Love the Estetica color R30/28/26. I ordered Jamison in that color. I prefer bangs, and I was able to cut them to make this wig perfect for me.

I ordered 3 wigs at one time. I had to pay a stylist to trim the first wig as it had 3 long strands of hair that did not make sense. When I put the wig on, it had hair sticking out all over the back. I cannot get the hair to lay down. And it is so small it will not stay on my head. I am very petite, so I don't know who this would fit.
The second wig appeared to be a deep copper color when I ordered it. When it arrived, it was more of an orange/carrot color. I have not even looked at the third wig, I was so disappointed with the first 2.
NO WONDER YOU DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS! My Bad.

Scam Company!!!!

I placed an order for a Raquel Welch wig. It cost me $160.00. I ordered from this company in good faith and I should have read the reviews first. I am battling cancer presently for the second time and ordered the wig tomorrow wear for my birthday and what I received was an empty wig box.

Federal Express delivered my package fine. It was not ripped open or tampered with. I told this to the company immediately and showed them pictures of everything I got. They even got confirmation from FedEx that my package was delivered perfectly.

The two women I spoke to at BestWigOutlet treated me like a criminal and left me in tears. The company told me that we’re going to file a claim with FedEx and I would have to wait. They are committing fraud, because FedEx did nothing wrong.

They didn’t want to believe that perhaps something happened in their warehouse/packing department. They no longer will answer my calls or get back to me. They were so rude to me. Please do not order from this company. I am beside myself and don’t want this to happen to anyone else.

I live in Europe (Holland )and already order (half)wigs for many years at BWO!

This wig was exactly like the picture but a different color. I ordered a darker in brown. It was the ENVY. y’all, it is perfect. I love it and I’ll order again.

Wigs are nothing like advertised. You cannot get refunds.They charge to return!! Beware!!!

Beware if you have to return a wig! I made a first time wig purchase from them. Tried the wig on and it did not work. Requested a return, they sent RMA #. After they received my return I was informed that the wig had been worn which it had not! Customer Service basically said I was lying which was very offensive. They offered to either send me the wig back or get $140 refund. Why would I want the wig back when it didn’t even fit as the reason for the return. The wig purchase was $349. I will never purchase from this site again! They are running a scam.

RUN AWAY!

I wish I could tell you the torment I have suffered at the hands of this company. My only hope is that this review saves someone else from the torment I have suffered from this company. They are rude, unethical, and unapologetic. After trying to negotiate how much they wanted to refund me for a defective wig I had returned, they violated the law by holding part of my refund in exchange for removing my previous review on this site. I sent numerous emails to this company worked with the manufacturer and provided all of the information I could to whoever I was speaking to. I'm not sure, they never would give me their name (seems pretty shady). They came back and tried to negotiate how much they would return to me numerous times as if I were in some haggling market, continuing to state reasons why the manufacturer was saying I should not receive a full refund. This latest violation of the law with them withholding part of my refund in retaliation for writing my previous review of their shady practices was the last straw. I have contacted the appropriate authorities to take it from here. And I do hope they see this because I gave them numerous opportunities to do what is legal in the US.

I read the return policy but somehow missed the fact that if you even try it on, you don't get a full refund. How in the world can a customer figure out if the wig fits the size and style they are looking for if it can't even be tried on quickly. Tags still on, non-smoking, drug free environment, no perfumes, clean in every way. Also, color was much darker than shown.

I just discovered Wig Outlet, and I’m so glad I did. I had been looking for this particular wig for awhile but couldn’t find a color I liked. I found the perfect color at a great price. It was shipped and received quickly.
