Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Evaluating 980 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many people found customer service unhelpful, citing long waits, repetitive answers, and a feeling of communicating with bots. Customers frequently reported accounts being suspended or closed without clear reasons, often after winning, and expressed dissatisfaction with payout processes. Concerns were also raised about pricing, with some feeling that odds were reduced and the business was becoming greedy. However, some customers also noted positive experiences. A minority were satisfied with smooth and fast payouts, appreciating the variety of football markets and casino slots available.

I created a new Bet365 account on 11 June 2026 and deposited €200. As a new customer, I received the advertised €200 welcome bonus.

After completing the identity verification process, I suddenly lost access to my account and was unable to log in.

While I had no access to my account, a transaction of €71.96 was processed. I did not authorize or request this transaction. When I regained access the following day, my account balance had been reduced to €128.04, the €200 welcome bonus had disappeared, and a withdrawal/adjustment of €71.96 appeared in my account history.

The biggest issue is that I never requested this withdrawal and the €71.96 was never received in my bank account. The money disappeared from my Bet365 account, but it never arrived in my bank account either.

I contacted customer support more than 10 times. Only two attempts were successful, and neither resulted in any meaningful explanation or assistance.

I have screenshots of all deposits, transactions, balance changes, and bank notifications. I am still waiting for a full explanation of where my funds went, why my bonus was removed, and why transactions were processed while I had no access to my account.

Very disappointing experience, especially for a new customer.

What an awful useless site to use

What an awful useless site to use. It is slow clunky and so difficult to navigate around because it crashes and takes you back home. It’s probably the worst site Ive had the displeasure of using I’m glad I’ve only put £10 in there. I off to the bookies to place some bets I can’t bare the thought of wasting any more of my time on this crap 365

Feels like a scam

I joined following an offer for free bets after depositing and betting certain amount - even after following all their steps, there is still no sign of the offer. I have spent a lot of time through the 'help' section - only to be fed the same meaningless info by an 'AI agent'. Even emails are being replied to by 'AI agents'!!!
It all feels like a scam - to dupe new customers!! Should have checked their reviews before opening an account!

Horrible casino

Horrible casino! I cant believe i hit my biggest win on this casino a couple years ago! As the years which followed have been nothing short of shocking! Would be better off burning stacks of money then playing casino games on this site! Customer support just hide behind the same copy and paste nonsense they will tell you that its all RNG and RTP but the numbers don't add up! Make a complaint and they ban you! Honestly hate the fact that i have wasted so much time and money on this site! The fact that this place barely has a 1 star rating after 1000s of reviews says it all! Cut your losses and make sure you never use the casino its a absolute scam!

I was on 365 for 6 months

I was on 365 for 6 months, same c/c, nothing changed, I did make over $1500. I was requested to be “verified”? After which I was told my info didn’t match, which is a pile of CRAP!! Immediately I was informed that I was OUT!! No further discussion just total banishment. Alberta isn’t legal yet, it’s grey. Did I get the boot simply because I made a few $$ or are they punting the “grey” members before they’re “legal” here. Oh, and the disgusting PATRONIZING email from 365, lamenting how “they know how it must feel”, “completely understand that this situation might be confusing” and sooooo on. Bet 365 is PATHETIC!!

Like being scammed.

Like being scammed.
Over the years I have had some dodgy dealings online with various companies, but Bet 365 definitely takes the biscuit with a cherry and cream on top. On Thursday I decided to place an Accumulator on the World Cup and placed a bet for £11.00. At about 10pm on Thursday evening I heard a ring notification on my phone. When I looked at it £60 had been withdrawn from my account from Bet 365. When you look online for their phone number there are about 5 numbers. Unfortunately none of them work, so you have to go through the chat, and that is where the problems start. It seems you are being grilled by the Gestapo, and I was even asked if someone else has access to my account. What was frightening was that someone from Bet 365 was able to withdraw money from my account using my pin number. I was told I would receive a call back between 8am and 9am, which never materialised. I got in touch again only to find my account was now blocked. I was told it can take up to 48 hours to get back to me as they are extremely busy. Busy I can only imagine with complaints. I have been on their chat 5 times now and got nowhere. This company is definitely the most unprofessional outfit I have had to deal with. Their "customer service" is quite abrupt and the last one just ended the chat unexpectedly. Just a warning that what happened to me, could happen to you. I have put one star because it doesn't go any lower.

Charlatans

Been betting with 365 for years and for reasons known only to them, they’ve restricted my account and they didn’t even bother telling me so I just found out whilst trying to place a bet tonight. Customer services basically said ‘Tough sh*t’. Maybe it’s because I had the audacity to withdraw some of MY money a couple of days ago, still leaving hundreds more in there.

Treating their customers like crap, like a number of other betting companies.

Awful customer service and help

Errors with links on app. Have tried going through the chat help. The virtual assistant is absolutely useless and just offers topics completely unrelated to your query. Asked to be transferred to a human and am currently 15mins in to waiting for one to connect to the chat. Awful customer service

I won £16.40 and went to withdraw and…

I won £16.40 and went to withdraw and they’ve not allowed me to withdraw apparently my starling card they tuck the deposit from isn’t good enough, they also didn’t like Revolt and asked me to get a Monzo card? How many bank cards do they expect someone to have. I’ve tried to close the account but I can’t as there’s money in it but I can’t withdraw it. This has been going on for 2 years!! All this for £16.40! I’ve provided them with bank statements as I just want to close my account but the bank statements apparently aren’t good enough. If they are going to scam, I’d expect them to scam for longer amounts of money not £16.40, this is absurd!

Binned bet 365!

I've used bet365 for a number of years with no real problems. That is until last weekend and the rule 4 Derby result. Having already paid out winning bets into my account Bet365 thought it was ok to take money out of my account without any dialogue or contacted whatso ever. I complained to deaf ears so the account has been closed. All I can say is, whats that coming over the hill, its a shyster!!!

Possibly one of the worst betting apps…

Possibly one of the worst betting apps in the world especially in slots and the new soccer wolf it up again never pays out and when it does it is minimal I've been on gold balls on 40 pence 60 pence 80 pence 1 pound 1 pound 20 2 lb 3 lb 3 lb 20 and 4 lb
For days and spend a lot of money and it is never paid out it is an absolutely atrocious app I recognise I should mention this to the FCA and a gambling commission because it jumped when you're going to get the winning symbol ie a gold cup it's going to the next bonus round and jumps around it or over it this is not normal it also has no gamble feature which most others do I really recommend that you avoid this app completely

I am disappointed with my experience…

I am disappointed with my experience using Bet365, particularly in how they handle customer communication and account restrictions.

Within the space of just a couple of hours, I received four separate text messages encouraging me to place a bet on what was only a friendly match. This level of messaging felt excessive and intrusive.

Even if a customer has opted in to promotional offers, there is still a clear responsibility on the company’s part not to bombard users—especially given the well-known risks around gambling harm. Companies like Bet365 have a duty of care to ensure their marketing practices are responsible and do not target or pressure potentially vulnerable individuals.

Concerned about this, I contacted their customer support via email to ask why I was being targeted so aggressively. The response I received was dismissive and unhelpful, essentially implying that it was “not their problem.”

To make matters worse, the following day when I logged into my account, I discovered that restrictions had been placed on it.

It appears these restrictions were applied simply because I raised a complaint about their marketing practices—something they clearly did not appreciate.

This feels both unfair and retaliatory. Instead of addressing a legitimate concern about aggressive and potentially predatory marketing,

Bet365 chose to penalise a customer for speaking up.
Overall, this experience has left me with serious concerns about how Bet365 treats its customers, particularly when they question company practices.

I would strongly urge others to be cautious and to think carefully before engaging with a platform that appears to prioritise marketing over customer wellbeing.

Try to squeeze every possible margin.

They used (until recently) to have great odds and a wide variety of boosts that everyone could use.
Then they decided to get greedy. Prices of eg Rugby League spreads used to be 10/11 and 10/11 a 10% gain for them, but fair enough.
They have now reduced these to 5/6 and 5/6. The result of which meant I had all my RL bets elsewhere this and last weekend.
With horse racing their odds are lower tha William Hiils, Ladbrokes etc, but they used to give favourites a boost. Now they only boost outsiders - leading to me betting elsewhere again
They used to be really competitive and good. Now they're just greedy grifters trying to squeeze ever-increasing margins from their customers.
I was never a winning punter, but enjoyed the thrill. Nothing kills that buzz more than the feeling that your loyalty is being abused.
My account with them is now passive and unused. Watch them struggle during the workd cup when punters like me would have bet almost exclusively with them but have now fount alternatives,
Try the exchanges.

Dear Bet365.....

Just to let you know, as soon as you win something big or significant they will find 1000 ways to close your account. Just register deposit use the sport welcome bonus and dip with the bag, they literally monitor your account until you win big, as soon as you do it they will limit you or directly close your account, legalized robbery.
