Worst betting company I have signed up to. Really are one to avoid, website is inadequate and have unfair terms and conditions hidden away in small print. Ultimately felt cheated and scammed.
The terms and conditions are very sneaky, ensure you read all the small print as the website lacks basic functionality to help customers when using the bonus.
The company overview states that BetBright strive to make betting simple and to get rid of things that annoy customers. In my experience it is more complicated and convoluted than any other I have used, and in summary I was very annoyed.

When signing up with BetBright, customers initially come to a landing page with the significant terms of the promotion and the complete mechanics underneath. Throughout the registration process, the terms are one click away and to participate in the promotion customers need to Opt-In when depositing where the terms are again made readily available.
The promotion customers opt-in to is displayed on the promotions page as well as in the "My Account > My Promotions" section. Vital promotional information such as balances, playthrough progress (percentage as well as cash values), expiry date and qualifying bets are all easily accessible.
We have a help section that customers can visit which also help explain the mechanics of the wagering along with a wealth of information covering almost every query type.
Should customers have any queries in relation to the promotion we have a very helpful and professional Customer Support team, as can be seen from the myriad of reviews, that will be more than happy to answer any customer queries.
In summary, we can't be any more forthcoming with the promotional terms, mechanics, progress or further information needed.

Only joined in the last few days but so far I can say BetBright have knowledgeable staff; are quick to respond to questions and give answers; and resolve any issues with professionalism.
Also, the site is well set up and intuitive to use.
Hope the level of customer service continues, and that restrictions are not placed on accounts without factual, evidence-based explanations like a huge number of other bookmakers.
