Good company, however their customer support needs improvement. Overall, i had an okay experience.

I joined this casino and originally it was ok but never got a welcome bonus but further down the line I realise it is basically a scam if you do make a withdrawal it is almost guaranteed you will have a run off poor returns on the slots until they have got back at least twice as much as you withdrew there are no promotions and I would not recommend this site to my worst enemy your will feel as if you have just been cheated which isn't very far from the truth a complete and utter disgrace AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Absolute shambles of a company. Deposited £15 and set a deposit limit, the £15 I thought never went through so let me top up £15 again. Possibly the worst casino I have played at. I'm mind blown my some of the positive comments I have seen. The slots feel impossible to win at. No matter how much you deposit and spin on the slots you always walk away with nothing in the bank it's just awful. I have come on here today to put straight all the negative reviews. I joined this month August 2019 and played on there slots and lost a few quid then my luck changed after i changed games and got a good win and then went on to another game and won some more. After my wins i withdrew and the money was in my bank the very next day. So excellent site i also had to contact customer services online chat because i needed some information and the agent Maya was top notch she new what she was doing and was very friendly. So a big thumbs up to the site it's a keeper for me

Stop acting like it is a crime to request verification docs from players! These are UKGC requirements and these companies are handling endless amounts of monies so obviously they need to know where it is coming from and going to.

I won 10 000,- nok made a withdrawl. Bettson never paid out this amount claiming the transaction went wrong. They want bank statements i sent them everything they asked for, nothing happens.

I have about half a year experience in Betsson casino and it is mainly positive. There are a lot of games and they seem to work fluently. Customer service is available if that is needed. Withdrawal logic has been sometimes odd when a correct method was not available. However it looks like this has been fixed in the new beta version.
For some reason I have been lucky in Betsson which is nice but of course a pure coincidence.
Betsson is nearly 20 years old which is in my opinion a good thing.

Worthless to bet at that site... Without any explanation they limited my bets to less than 0,7euros... While I could bet on sports more than 1000euros per day. Without any warning and when asking explanation, they just replied you are limited on sportsbook but you can still play at casino. UNPROFESSIONAL at all, small business, without any trust. I was winning very little, but still managed to earn something, but then i couldn't withdraw more than 40$ all of sudden. They have restrictions on your withdrawal suddenly if you win more than them. It's a sick scam, i'm disgusted by this crap!!!! Scammmm!!! I had to play away the winnings, guess what else? The best games are not there, and 80% of the games are unnormally losing games. Beware!
