Mid afternoon is a fairly quiet period so didn’t have to wait for any of the equipment in the gym. Some of the equipment needs a bit of a clean and repair but generally tidy.

The women's changing room needs a deep clean, i never feel clean after having a shower.

Unhelpful staff
Had trouble scanning phone to get through barrier. Was there awhile and even though the assistant was sitting behind me at the desk , she didnt ask if I needed any help.
Equipment was also abit grubby.

I am very sorry to hear that you had issue entering via the fast track gates when you attended the Hatfield Swim centre recently. Are you now able to access the gates using your device? If not, please let us know so we can try to look into this on your behalf. I am also very sorry the staff did not assist you with this issue at the centre. I will also pass on your feedback in regards to the equipment at the centre so this can be looked into. When you say the equipment was "Grubby" do you mean dirty or old?
