Membership suspended without my knowledge.
I went to my local gym and couldn't get in. When I approached a member of staff I was informed that my membership had been suspended.
I was shocked to hear that because I had no knowledge of it. Apparently I was told I received an email. I looked through all my inboxes, junk mail and other inbox there was no sign of any email.
A member of the staff at my local gym took my phone and diligently searched through all my folders and eventually found it in a second junk folder which I didn't know existed.
So I went back home and I had to phone customer services and get it all sorted out, and as a result the customer service operative called Aaron was extremely helpful and patient and helped me through the steps to get it all resolved. As a result it was resolved that same evening and I was able to go back to the gym and do some exercise which is what I needed so thank you so much

Excellent basketball sessions for children

I have checked and your membership gives you access across all of our Hackney centres.
If you do not find the equipment you would like or would like to use another centre with longer opening hours you can use alternative centres with your membership.

Too many unnecessary cardio machines
Too many unnecessary cardio machines, but not enough machines for other activities like more squat racks, row machine and etc.. The showers are not cleaned often too so please clean them! Thank you very much!

Our staff are required to notify customers as soon as they are aware that the lessons will not go ahead so they do not have a wasted journey and disappoint the children concerned.
