Great facilities and an offering to suit everybody. Dangerous however to let everybody and anybody loose on gym equipment without first having instruction or supervision on how to use it, risks injury.

I have booked an induction but the…
I have booked an induction but the person who came didn't even introduce me any of the machines, all he did was told me if I look on the side of the machines then it will say how to use it and which part of the body it effects.

We provide inductions so our customers are aware of how the equipment functions in the Gym so they can have a productive workout and prevent injury whilst using the equipment. Great swimming lessons for little ones
My daughter and I love these little lessons that she has started every Wednesday at Better. She is really learning and meeting new friends. There are lots of equipment to use and the staff are really patient with us. The staff are so nice here, my older children also do swimming lessons here and the staff have always been so helpful and take the time to understand the child's individual needs. The only reason I haven't given it a 4 is because the swimming teacher started the lesson a few minutes late yesterday, but it wasn't an issue.....

I think there are too many children for one class, why not divide it into two classes,then the instructor can have some time to concentrate on each child. But still I have seen that they were trying their best to coach them. Compare to the other class at 3:45, the 4:15 one is too crowded.

Love the staff and pool
Love the staff and pool, very positive experience mainly, however; be aware that the showers, which are great, are very hot to the point of being dangerous for children. The toilets are a problem as most do not flush properly, have had to use the toilet as I have IBS and was unable to flush, despite waiting for it to refill. Not a nice experience, have also gone to use the toilet and it was full! Please sort this out.

Shocking that you have to pay for the…
Shocking that you have to pay for the lockers every time. I mean you are paying a membership to attend the facilities, why should you pay extra to keep your stuff safe. Insane! The response about maintaining the lockers is just bad. You need to maintain the lockers and provide the members with a safe space. Not at their cost.
Also only two privacy showers are not enough.

Too full...Was thrilled at the number and variety…
Was thrilled at the number and variety of classes on offer....then tried to book into some. Not so easy. Every class I was interested in was fully booked over and over. Looks like this gym is over subscribed.

Thank you for your review.
As a member you have access to seven days advance booking, wereas non-members can only book 5 days in advance.
We would recommend putting yourself on the waiting list if when you first check there are no spaces, as more often than not people will cancel during the week and then their spaces are released for other customers to book.
We also operate a non-attendance and a late cancellation fee so if any customer books a class and then does not show up or cancels less than four hours before the class is due to begin they will incur a penalty. This has been put in place to ensure customers are not booking and taking slots when other customers would like to book.
