I purchased "ONLY OPENED - Rangemaster Oridian Single Bowl Inset Granite Kitchen Sink - Charcoal" and the incorrect sink was delivered to me on 20/4/26. It was the wrong colour.
I complained and was refunded the full amount due to Better Bathrooms being unable to confirm if or when the correct product will be in stock.
Since that time this item has the same details but now with two price reductions.... Sooooo you don't have the correct product in stock, you know have an issue with the correct product details but you can reduce the price.....???

Really good quality products. We bought a free standing roll top bath and saw an identical one in a local shop more than 3 times the price. All went well with delivery and we were so impressed with the quality we ordered further products for our bathroom. Delivery guys were nice too 👍

DO NOT BUY Round Countertop Basin Fluted 360mm - Oregon.
Bought X2 of these to go onto a double vanity unit. Over two months ago when running the hot tap the basin cracked. Today the same occurrence on the other basin. These basins are not fit for purpose and need recalling ASAP!!!
I’ve bought all my bathroom from better bathrooms and would urge anyone to go elsewhere nothing but issues from start to finish

Do not buy! look very good, then surface layer of paint on one of the taps flaked away whilst cleaning.
Tap was still in warranty but refused a replacement tap or refund. They claimed it was due to my cleaning and not a fault with the surface finish.
Will not be using Better Bathrooms again!

Absolutely awful service. Took additional payment for express next day delivery but failed to deliver or contact us that they would not be delivering. We had to pay plumbers extra money for a day wasted and everyone we spoke to pushed responsibility and were utterly useless.

Confusing returns process. My return was collected two weeks ago and I haven’t had any confirmation they have received it and are processing it. The website says it can take 21 days for a refund which I understand but acknowledgement of receipt would go a long way.

Great company, good value products. Delivery was prompt and the driver was very helpful.
I ordered a toilet bundle but made a mistake on the colour of the plate, brass instead of black. Instead of being able to exchange the plate, 0.5kg , I would need to do the whole toilet bundle at my own cost for £49.
I'm shocked at the lack of flexibility of the company. My suggestion to future buyers make 100% sure it's the right item for you.

Ordered bath that was too big. Our fault. Arranged for a return. Charged £90 only to be contacted on the day by the driver to ask what is he collecting and I need to help him. So I've paid £90 for the privilege. Said no. Contacted by office saying collecting in another 2 days. So now a massive bath sits in our driveway Asked its not their problem.Asked to speak to manager and told no. Will not be ordering from Better Bathrooms/ Appliances Direct again. Poor customer care.
UPDATE. Driver arrived on Wednesday to collect bath that was meant to be a 2 person uplift... it was not. Still one person to load the bath! So waited an extra 2 days for a promised 2 person uplift and still only 1 sent. Driver stated its always 1 person! And a week later I still have not had my refund, even after phoning to find out if the bath had been received back at the warehouse.

I ordered my thing from better homes without any complications. They said delivery to the North of Ireland would take 2 weeks which wasn't a problem for me but it came in around a week. The quality of the bath etc is brilliant all round great experience

I recently purchased a bath and, as part of the process, was recommended to add a waste to my order at checkout. Trusting the suggestion, I included it—only to find when the bath was fitted a month later that one was already supplied.
As the additional waste was completely unused and no longer needed, I attempted to return it. Unfortunately, I was just two days outside the return window and was told it could not be accepted. What was most disappointing wasn’t just the policy itself, but the complete lack of flexibility or understanding from customer services. There was no effort to offer any goodwill solution, despite the item being unused and clearly an unnecessary addition. A more empathetic and customer-focused approach would have gone a long way in resolving what should have been a simple issue. Sadly this experience would prevent me purchasing from here again.
