This company is possibly one of the best companies I have come across. I had researched getting a sauna for over a year. From start to finish the team at Better Living Outdoors were fantastic. Great advice at the outset, always available and responsive to my questions, amazing 1 day build and perfect after care service. I love the sauna, the quality of the build and materials used are exceptional. If I could give this company higher than 5 stars I would! This sauna is possibly the best purchase I have ever made. Takes about 40 minutes to get to about 70 degrees. There is nothing nicer than being able to unwind at the end of the day - really does feel amazing!

After looking round and researching which sauna to get I finally decided to go for the Cube 125, as we have a very small garden. Better Living Outdoors offered a reasonable price & I was reassured they knew what they were doing having discussed my requirements with the very knowledgeable & helpful Geoff, & I’m really glad I did. The service I received was exceptional from start to finish. I paid the extra to have it installed and again I’m really glad I did. Bill & Phill arrived as planned & installed the sauna quickly, professionally & tidily. They kept me well informed throughout the build process displaying not only a great knowledge of their subject but an infectious enthusiasm for their work. I’ve often heard the comment, don’t judge a company when things are going well but when things go wrong. After the installation the under seat lighting developed a problem. Without any hesitation the company remedied the issue to my complete satisfaction. Therefore, I cannot recommend this company enough and I absolutely adore my Cube 125 sauna. There are cheaper options available online but as far as I’m concerned, you get what you pay for. After 4 weeks of use I can categorically say, it’s worth every penny, I love it!

Around 3 weeks ago regarding a hot tub purchase, i researched companies in my area and this company showed up on google search .I had a look on their website and chose the model that would suit my needs.I had a lot of questions so phoned the durham branch of better living outdoors.I spoke to Craig, what this guy doesn't know about hot tubs isn't worth knowing
Amazing 5 star + customer service!!
I was on the phone for nearly 1 hour with a lot of questions, I asked advice on wether the hot tub I had chosen was correct for my needs and he suggested another model which is better suited to me .My wife has back problems and he said the suggested model had dedicated strong neck and shoulder massage.The hot tub was also on a sale so he saved me a few hundred pounds as well!! Not many companies do that they would try to sell you a more expensive model in my experience.
NO SALES PRESSURE on the phone , just lots of advice , all questions answered.
We decide to go to the showroom to meet Craig in person, and decided to purchase his suggestion Once again NO SALES PRESSURE,
We have a 15 year old tub which I didn't think the guys could take out of the garden as the cabinet was wooden and was basically falling to pieces.None of the guys were phased by the this , it was a tough job but they happily got on with it even though it was very hot weather. New hot tub installed and we are delighted with it, high quality product.
Special thanks to Craig at Durham for being so absolutely, unbelievably, patient with me and my various phone calls until I get up to speed with everything, you are the jewel in the crown of the Durham branch!!
Also thanks to reece at the Durham branch for a great handover of my new hot tub , and the other guys who helped with the install.
Also thanks to Geoff at the Shrewsbury branch who helped me out with a few things when Craig was with another customer.
If your thinking of a hot tub , contact better living outdoors you won't regret it.Dont bother looking anywhere else .

there are 2 types of workers, they who do the job and then those who go that extra mile, nothing wrong with the workers who came out, the cover had a lot of mould on it. They reported back to Geoff who arranged for a brand new cover to be fitted next day, Geoff will move heaven and earth to make sure you are happy, i can only thank Geoff a number of times before it gets weird, one last time Thank You Geoff

Had a problem with my hot tub 3 years old. Phoned and Geoff talked me through the problem codes and simple steps to fix it. What a star problem fixed fuse on its way brilliant customer service many thanks 👍

After recently being let down by another company I found BLO & contacted their customer service team about the installation of a sauna.
From the first call joanne/Craig (Durham) made the process very easy & straight forward. The installation team of Bill jack & Phil was exceptional, arriving on time & installing the sauna in a very quick time with no fuss what so ever, I can't recommend this company highly enough. From a very satisfied customer.

Geoff from the Shrewsbury office has been amazing from the point of purchase to install. Very knowledgeable. We had a few issues with the tub on delivery, but Geoff took care of everything and was remediated quickly with excellent communications. Installers were friendly and tidy and also informative of my many questions. Have been enjoying the hot tub for a few weeks now.

be careful - these guys have a history of closing a business and then re-starting in the same field

Helen at the Aylesbury showroom was superb in helping us choose just the right hot tub for our needs. The whole experience from initial enquiry to delivery and installation has been excellent. Having previously owned a very good hot tub which we purchased over 20 years ago we thought we already knew just how good these hot tubs can be; yet our high expectations have been exceeded with our new purchase. Mark at the Tunbridge showroom was extremely helpful throughout our journey of choosing a hot tub and post installation. Found Mark very knowledgable about the products but not at all pushy. After delivery he was equally helpful to get us to set the spa up. I would certainly recommend.

The representative Joanne Oxley was brilliant. We were just browsing around yesterday when we popped in the Durham branch and from the get go Joanne was so honest and friendly and just a pleasure to deal with. We returned today to place an order. Thank you Joanne 10 out of 10 😊

After researching "hot tubs" for price and quality local and national, we finally decided to take a trip to Shrewsbury to see Geoff, his knowledge and expertise is first class, he explained both hot tubs we was interested in, getting us to sit in an empty one to get the feel and the option of a wet test was offered also. not pushy answered questions we had, overall a very professional attitude. we opted for the Mauritius, delivery sorted there and then along with payment details .
Geoff's friendly, approachable , persona is a credit to the company. communication was first class from Geoff giving his number, to constant e-mails and texts to keep us in the picture.
On delivery day again texts to let us know when arriving , Reece and Omar was amazing getting the hot tub off the truck and down the entry and into position they certainly earnt there wage that day, again knowledge of the product and it's use was first class .after handover was complete any problems to give them a call. Plenty of information on using /setting up the hot tub is available online. if you intend on getting a hot tub, have a look at Better Living Outdoors you won't be disappointed.

I have a extremely pleasant experience mark talked me through which hot tub to buy as I didn’t have a clue we chose one together based on his help and guidance delivery was not simple either as I needed a very large crane again mark helped to arranged a external company for the crane I also needed 40amp electric installed again mark helped with recommending a very reliable electrician so all in all I was in good hands and ready for my new hot tube it was such a smooth process my delivery was extremely quick the handover team were very helpful and patient and explained how to look after the hot tube and how to do the water chemistry. I made several calls after delivery and the boys were ready to help straight away.
I highly recommend better living especially if you don’t know anything about hot tubs every one was very patient with me and helped me through the entire process I am in love with my new hot tube and feel so great knowing that if I am stuck with anything I have a great team to help me straight away

I had incorrectly powered my tub down, Geoff listened and diagnosed the problem very quickly the engineer arrived two days later early at my request so I could go to work. The engineer was excellent polite and efficient no moaning I feel this company went above and beyond and I feel like a valued customer which now days is a rare thing

We purchased the fiji luxury from the tunbridge wells branch, and nothing but great experience. Mark was extremely helpful and informative and went above and beyond with helping in all areas. Couldn’t recommend enough.

Highly recommend better living outdoors

Appalling, don't use. Ex display model arrived with a "slight scratch" which was more like a gaping hole badly patched with resin still wet, even the delivery guys were embarrassed bringing it. Customer service appalling, no compensation or replacement offered and declined when requested. Do not use
