We collected all our favourite specs and features from famous outdoor brands around the globe, added the features we have been missing, adapted the design to fit in to 2019 and Voila, Beyond Nordic! As an outdoor apparel brand it is our biggest interest to protect and respect this magnificent planet we all live on and which resources we constantly consume. Beyond Nordic cares about their customers. I placed an order which was very easy to do. I was informed that my parcel had been handed over to DHL and was on its way to me. Unfortunately my parcel ended up at a DHL facility in Germany and never seen again. After several days of noticing that my parcel was still in the same location I emailed Beyond Nordic customer service and explained the situation. I received a response within a couple hours.
To make a long story short the customer service representative I was working with was able to arrange for a replacement to be sent to me which did arrive. I am very happy with my purchase and customer service at Beyond Nordic is outstanding.

Great overall
The site is easy to use, colours of clothing match the pictures, good price for quality of product, personally id like to have more options when it comes to colour/design maybe something like a topographic map on the jacket. Delivery time was as expected, didn't come damaged and the clothes fit very well with the size chart and the reviews of other people

Mountain Guide
I am mountain guide, and I have been using BEYOND NORDIC equipment and clothing for several years. I have always had a very good time, the fabric is resistant to abrasions and tears, the only weak point is the zipper on the lower part of the trousers, a little weak, the backpack is very roomy and resistant but I find the shoulder straps a little too rigid. Despite this, I am very happy with the work that BEYOND NORDIC has done and is doing, I hope to become a Brand Ambassador.

Seamless delivery and return hoever return costs you 6€ so it is not free of charge. Very good quality and nice design. But even nice design and good quality does it make it any better if the size is too Long for throusers I need. No matter what size you are looks like in Scandinavia all are equal, and all need to wear 32 inch lenght. I need only 30 but No way you will get 32 because we do not care. Pity.

At the moment, we don’t offer shorter inseam options, but we’ve shared this request with our product team for future collections. Regarding returns, exchanges are free, but for full returns there’s a €6 fee, as stated in our policy.

I've tried so many different kinds of outdoor pants, was little skeptical about BN, but took the chance and ordered 2 pair of zip-off. And they are amazing great fitment, you can get into the pockets even when you sit down. 🤘💪 Love them and won't be my last 2 pairs

Very well-made technical clothing
Very well-made technical clothing. I recently attended an open-air concert, and unfortunately, it was pouring rain throughout the event. I was wearing the BeyondNordic BN301 v2 jacket and BN001 v2 pants. Despite the heavy rain like from the shower, I stayed completely dry inside. Perfect performance. Recommend

Poor delivery & customer experience
Beyond Nordic chooses to use a very poor delivery service that does not deliver to your address but kms away to a pickup point. Not as they announce. Then you claim and they say it is what it is. Very disappointed. Poor customer service. Not buy again.

For shipments to Spain, we typically use DHL for standard orders and the Swedish postal service for smaller items such as belts. In order to offer free shipping, we reserve the right to select the most suitable shipping method, balancing customer reach and business sustainability.
In this case, DHL’s Parcel Connect service—used widely across the EU—may partner with local carriers who sometimes deliver to nearby service points rather than home addresses. This is a common practice across international shipping networks and unfortunately not something we can directly control.
That said, we do explain this process in our shipping policy and terms and conditions, but we appreciate your feedback and will look into how we can make this clearer for future customers.
