Have ordered from Beyond polish multiple times and each time has been great. Packaged well and shipped quickly. My experience with customer service about one order was easy and they were quick to respond and very helpful. I recommend them for sure!

The polish was fine. The customer service was so frustrating! I accidentally shipped my 3rd order to the wrong address. They never answered the phone. Didn’t respond to emails. When I chatted with them, they were dismissive and just told me to wait until the package was returned to them and they would contact me. 3 days after they received it, I contacted them. They said they’d resend it. The mistake was mine but the customer service was so bad, I’ll never order from them again

BeyondPolish is my go-to nail supply shop, and they have loads of good stuff to choose from! Their stock is high quality and well known brands, as well as more budget friendly yet safe products. I've used their customer service once or twice and only had good experiences with them. Their shipping is good and they have decent sales. I recommend this site to anyone who wants to do their nails themselves.

I placed an order 6 days ago and can't get any response indicating when my order will ship. The website says within 48 hours, I assume weekday hours, but it's long past that. I've sent 3 follow up emails and received NO response. But they do manage to send me
numerous email offers. This is pretty bad customer service. I want a refund.

I made an order and i was notified yesterday that my order was delivered but i didnt get muy articles. I need an answer please.

Beyond Polish is awesome if you are looking for a one-stop shop. They offer a great variety, and a lot of good discounts as well. This is the first time I ordered from Beyond Polish, I was a little nervous given the times. So very happy that I did. I placed the order on the morning of 2/7/25 for 8 different colors and it was delivered 2/11/25. The pictures of the colors do NOT do the color justice. They are so much prettier in color. The ONLY complaint I have is the shipping prices. To get free shipping I had to order $75 or more (hence the 8 polishes) otherwise shipping was approximately $11. But still, I am extremely happy with the products, shipping and customer service. From this point forward I will be getting all my polishes from Beyond Polish. Couldn't be happier!

I tried this new color on my nails. My nail tech is always telling me to try other colors besides pinks and reds. So, I did and I loved it! The color was #39. I received a lot of compliments from people. I was very happy!
