Not true to size. Poor material. Can’t return any products and not even store credit. Wasted my money. Your ads are pretty enticing though. It’s ashame that you continue to reinforce the no return policy. Never met an online retailer that has this strict rules.

The products are perfect! Absolutely beautiful pieces. The communication on delivery status should be better to include follow up on request. I requested an update and no one followed up and received items very late.

Delivered was quick and the swimsuit looks great on. I would recommend this brand to friends and family.

My shipping had more than 3 weeks delayed with no notification from your team! I had placed this order for vacation and I had to buy at last minute in a physical store swimsuit because you did not deliver as expected on website....Plus I have asked to cancel my order and be reimbursed and still nothing was done. Where is my follow-up?

Shipping is fast, and the packaging was great. The quality of the material is good.

Bikini is really cute but the top doesn’t sit right. Shows the black lining all around the edges of the top. The bikini design has no black so you can really see it isn’t sitting right. I’m want to keep it and hoping they can send me a top that sits better.

I’m told that because it was on sale I have to keep the ill fitting item. Poor customer service and I’ll never buy another thing from this company. I would like a replacement not to return which seems reasonable since it’s sewn wrong.

I wrote this review already. Once again terrible communication and they don't care about your concerns. Nor do they try your experience. Clothes are beautiful but not worth what they charge.

Product took too long to get to me and when it did not fit, you would not give me a refund. As a starting, black-owned company, you should take note of the practices of many other established companies and follow how they treat their customers. Unfortunately, I will not recommend your company to anyone that I know.

I'd most definitely recommend, shipping was extremely fast. Ordered at 3p and still received it the next day although overnight cutoff is 1p. The quality and color is so vibrant.

Love my top and matching skirt! I have purchased many BFYNE items and love all of them! They have awesome customer service too which is so vital in today's online universe.

Purchased two bikinis and both were way too small- I followed the online size chart and both did not fit. They also do not offer refunds and that’s incredibly unfortunate- I wanted to support a Nigerian designer company as I am as well and was sadly disappointed. Cool designs- poor customer service.

shipped is not what was advertised for over $250. Absolute scam. There’s a reason they don’t accept returns, it’s a bait and switch. Do not shop here. Police report has been filed. Even more disgraceful is using women of color as a marketing ploy than stealing the money we have to work 3x as hard to earn in the name of empowerment. Disgusting. Refund requested. Police report filed.

The BFYNE swimwear designs are unique and bold pieces. It’s so hard to pick one because they’re all beautiful!

I had a great shopping experience at this bfyne! The customerservice was friendly and helpful, the selection of swimsuits was vast and the prices were very reasonable. I was able to find exactly what I was looking for and the checkout process was quick and easy. I would definitely recommend this brand to anyone looking for a great shopping experience.
