Very very slow process, paid for it 2 weeks before it was even dispatched, really need to speed things up a bit,great paint but so so slow after purchase

We do state on every page the potential delivery times, for this item we do display it can take 7-10 working days, in this case, you received your order in 7 working days.

Won't order again
I ordered a large tin of paint on the 12th and it should've arrived on the 18th, it wasn't posted until the 18th and did not turn up until the 20th, and when it was eventually delivered the package was cracked with paint coming out of the side (The delivery driver handed it to me so I know it wasn't their fault). When I told the company and sent photos through I had a nonchalant apology and a "blame the other department" excuse. I will not be using them again

First Time Purchase
It is the first time I have purchased from BHL and it went very well .I found an item which arrived rapidly but it was not the one I should have ordered, I communicated with them and I remit the item to one of their stores near where I lives.
They raised the credit note accordingly and refunded the money swiftly. I am very pleased with BHL and am very happy to recommend them.
I will of course buy the right parts from them.

Bit slow to process
So the product was available and at a competitive price which is great. Communication about the order was good throughout the process. My only gripe is that it seems to take several days to process the order and send it which adds two or three days into the whole process. I think I finally got my flush 8 days after ordering it where competitors get it to you in half that.

Very quick delivery of a greenhouse window opener. Sadly there was a problem with it, but when I phoned they said they would send a replacement straight away, without any fuss. Got the replacement just as quickly. Very good service, would recommend and will use again.

Absolutely hopeless -- late delivery of only part of my order. Order placed on 2nd May and only part of the order was delivered on 25 May -- not remotely within the 1-5 working days. No communication from BHL before I emailed them enquiring about the status of my order. AND no communication that only part of my order would be shipped in the delivery I received today. While the other part of the order had a 2-10 working day delivery indication - that time has also past. Again NO information from BHL on this item either.

ZERO COMMUNICATION - UNHELPFUL - WAITED 3 WEEKS FOR NOTHING!
I used this company as they came up as the cheapest. I purchased the last 3 (IN STOCK) I had confirmation I would receive order within 7 days.
7 days past, nothing. I called up the office, they explained they didn't have it in stock despite the website saying different, however, it will arrive next week as they are expecting a deliver, OK.
ANOTHER WEEK goes by, and yet nothing! I call up again, only to hear they won't have stock until the earliest end of may. At that point I blew my gasket, cancelled the order.
DO NOT SELL STOCK YOU DO NOT HAVE - NO COMMUNICATION - NO EXCUSE!
