I love being able to find used books and support independent bookstores

I ordered 14 books that were sent in a flimsy plastic bag all together, The bag was torn, not adequate to mail 14!!! books and I received 5. I not heard back from seller or refunded. Photos, video and verbal description proving what I received sent

When my order was never delivered, they made it easy and were quick to refund. Would definitely order from them again in the future!

The book never arrived- i had timed it with the time of a friend visiting the US and he’s returned

Ordered a difficult-to-find book by an obscure author. New, wrapped, arrived pristine, very reasonably priced.

Easy, affordable and NOT Amazon.

I called to confirm that the books I wanted to order would arrive by Tuesday. I was in NY but buying books from a London shop to deliver to our London office. She said yes, by Tuesday, or Wednesday the latest. Fine. Wednesday isn’t great but it’s fine. My manager was hosting an onsite with employees from Zurich, Poland, and NY and he was very excited to hand out these books in person. They arrived end of day Thursday when most had already left for the airport.

I saw the title I was looking for and put it in my basket, but the price changed durring check out and I didn't notice until I had hit pay. Really frustrated. I will never use them again. I will also be more careful to recheck the total before pressing buy - but you shouldn't have to

The book arrived quickly and safely. Customers should know, however, that sellers sometimes use Amazon as a book source. If you want to avoid doing business with Amazon, call a seller and ask, especially if the book is a new one.

The book I ordered arrived as expected, wrapped and in mint condition. I will absolutely consider using Biblio again for future book purchases.

My order was packaged nicely and I received it very quickly and it was in excellent condition. I highly recommend this company.

Product is basictly as described. I am not a book appraiser, but I think "near fine" is an exaggeration I would rate it only as "Very Good".
Shipping was relatively prompt, although "pricey".

Prompt delivery and arrived in good condition and as described.

I placed an order for a book (A Wrinkle in Time) from Vagabond books. After a couple of weeks and seeing no email indicating shipment of the book, I logged in to check status. Without warning or explanation, Vagabond books canceled the order. I emailed requesting an explanation and received nothing back from them. I then emailed Bibio and asked for an explanation and received an email stating “sorry your order was canceled“. The book is still listed on vagabond books, but now at a higher price. Looks like they use the customers as guinea pig consumers to see who will pay what, cancel the order and raise the price. Does not seem very ethical.

My book was in good order as promised and arrived very quickly. I am very happy with the service.
