First Time User - Positive Experience

The requested book arrived in a timely manner, well packaged. The condition of book matched the description listed on website. I'd use this service again. Glad to be able to support independant book stores

Order Confirmed. Book Missing. Support Silent.

I ordered a book, received confirmation that it had been shipped, and then… nothing. The book never arrived. I contacted customer support twice—once through the portal and once by phone. On both occasions I was promised a quick response. That response never came. No follow-up, no explanation, no accountability. This level of service is unacceptable and deeply disappointing. An online book seller that can’t deliver books—or even basic communication—should seriously rethink its operations.

Book packaging

I ordered three books. Two of them were carefully wrapped and padded. The book from Thrift books was in an unpadded mailer. Forunately the book wasn't damaged but I may not order from that vendor again.

I've had good luck in the past, but no more

I've had good luck in the past with Biblio, but for some reason now the site is just just atrocious. Tried to order, was unable to. At the bottom of the page, it says "call here M-F, or email us. Ok, what's your email ? Then I had to search for that. It just seemed as if there was no thought whatsoever put into the design of the site. Atrocious. I will avoid this site from now on, even if it means paying more elsewhere, because it's worth it not having to deal with poorly designed sites that only serve to aggravate the user. Get it together, for crying out loud. It's like it was designed by complete amateurs

My order was accepted , but then cancelled . The book has now More than quadrupled in price

I ordered a Bible from bibio.com and I was very pleased with how fast it came, and how responsive they were in my emails, letting me know the updates on the package. I would recommend this 100% to anyone thinking to order from them. I was very pleased! My personal experience was great 😊
