I have enjoyed a big green egg for many years and have always had a great experience ordering from the official site. The table is fantastic, was easy to assemble and has helped turn our egg from a heavily used and much loved BBQ to an outdoor kitchen that is an absolute joy to use. Delivery was neat, on time and with everything suitably protected. I contacted help up-front to confirm some details about the product I ordered and they were super helpful. Big green egg is a premium product line and the service I have always received has aligned nicely with that expectation.

Everything I've had from the folk at big green egg has been great, from the big green egg itself to all accessories and charcoal. I've recently purchased the rotisserie but not had chance to use it yet because of the wet weather but I'm sure it will be as good as the rest of accessories I've purchased 🙂

The way it keeps a constant heat and flavor of smoke is spot on. Just don't forget that with just a small amount of charcoal, you're cooking for hours—again, spot on.

An excellent product and far better than any other barbecue I have had before. Very quick to light, heat up and cook with and am going to purchase some more accessories to become more versatile with cooking. I like all the handy tips and recipes that I receive too.
