Support ignored us after diagnosing…

Support ignored us after diagnosing faulty part.

We have a customer who has had a myriad of issues with the bike, the motor, motor controller, and wiring harness have all had faults. They replaced the motor and controller. When it comes to the harness, they shipped a replacement wiring harness which was faulty then has gone silent with no support. I cannot recommend getting a bike from them, their support is horrible and will ghost you after you diagnose an issue.

This is a well built bike

This is a well built bike. I have had my bigniu BG-S 750 w up to 35mph on the highway. It probably would have gone faster but its a 60mph buisy road. I stoped at the end of my property and got back on my trail. About the 35° grade pull... it wont climb mine, but thats rock and dirt, and im starting with minimal run. On paved surface with a run, it might pull it. Havnt tried that. My hill is more like 40° tho and rocky. Gonna have to clean it up and try again? If you wanna know if I liked the BG-S ? I just today ordered the BG-S PRO I can't even find a review on it. Guess when it gets here I will make one
