My account (ID: star3pink) was hit with a 10-year ban for an alleged “underage” violation, even after I submitted valid ID proving I am not underage.

Customer support keeps denying my appeal with generic responses and refuses to explain what I supposedly did, when it happened, or what evidence was found in their investigation.

It’s unfair how consumers are treated being banned without any real explanation is not okay. Saying “underage” without giving details about the incident is unacceptable, especially when proof of age has been provided.

This needs a proper review and transparency.

What a shit app they have stolen around £500+ from my account and diamonds. They don’t play fair and they use 10 years old girls nearly naked suggesting rude comments. I urge you BOYCOTT THIS APP

BIGO ignores harassment cases. My agency manager threatened me and they won't release me."despite adding me up without my consent And the agency still blocked me and still wants to get commission from me when l stream and get gifted with beans

So now I've been brought here this application if you're address is on someone's actual profile it's very hard to get taken down it's very hard to get in contact with anybody because nobody answers a phone I'm over it my personal information has been spread on this app and they're allowing it over reported it on the app and by email both times I've been responded to saying that it would be taken seriously but here it is still up there this is not right this is illegal

They have stolen from my bank account not once but 3 times over £300 taken . This app had made me dislike other foreigners Asians. They still won’t allow me to win on yummy they steal all my diamonds at least 24000 and when I complain they just block my account. They also have children aged under 12 years old nearly naked and suggesting rude sexual positions. Paedophile I want my diamonds and money back

I was on bigo live talking to some women and when I was talking to the woman on live stream she kicked me out the live stream for no reason by her administrator and I am not been funny I will be not going on the website anymore because there is too many administrators run the live stream is it ai or real people who are the administrators on bigo live and another thing I don’t like the app because it is run by Chinese spy’s

I recently joined the app bigo live and let me tell you its near impossible to talk to a girl one on one without she being live i think its an app that just want other guys to compete with each other.

BIGO live has frozen my account which contained 1700 diamonds. Account was only frozen after 1700 diamonds had been bought and paid for with cash. Most BIGO live video rooms are a farce. I have been booted from most BIGO live video room after being repeatedly baited to join the video room and without even having said one word to the video room live audience. Most video rooms consist of drugged out looking people screaming over each other.

Bigo is an amazing app! I've been using this app on and off for 7 years ! it's a great way to meet new people and also match with them (if you want to of course 😉) it's a great way to disconnect from the real world, and do what you like the most, interact with people, and sing along to music! I have a lot of connections from this app alone ! also beware of bots, if it seems to good to be true, thats because it is, don't fall for it! great app so far.

I've tried my best on Bigo. But it's tricky. Don't buy the diamonds. Some people have been charged more. Some how. I watch people. Some just stare at the camera. Or not doing anything. Some do a good broadcast. But don't buy anything.

Again moette goddess was half naked on a bed. @BIGO allowed her inappropriate behavior although many people were reporting her. Do not download this app. It’s disgusting.

This app is my escape from the constant doom and gloom of the news. It's just people, being people. The audio can be a bit hit-or-miss in the multi-guest rooms, someone's always got a dodgy mic, but that's part of the charm, I suppose. It's unpolished and real.

Several creators have described inappropriate interactions, boundary-crossing behavior, and persistent unwanted attention that has made them feel uncomfortable on the app. What makes this situation even worse is that many of these concerns were formally reported to BIGO, only to be dismissed, ignored, or minimized. The expectation from hosts is that BIGO, as a global platform, would act promptly when users’ personal safety and comfort are compromised. Instead, many of us have witnessed a pattern of inaction that raises questions about how seriously the platform takes safety complaints.

What is most disturbing is that some affected hosts have publicly stated that they are now considering seeking restraining orders because of the repeated incidents and the lack of intervention from BIGO headquarters. When creators feel the need to take legal measures outside the app just to protect themselves, it is a clear sign that something within BIGO’s moderation and enforcement systems is failing. No content creator should have to fear another user, nor should they be forced to choose between their personal safety and their ability to earn income through streaming.

Despite numerous reports, concerns, and complaints, MoetGoddess has been allowed to continue her behavior with no visible consequences. Many users feel that the app selectively enforces rules, protecting certain hosts while disregarding the well-being of others. This not only damages trust in the platform but also discourages new creators from participating or investing their time and energy into BIGO.

BIGO Live is a major platform with millions of users, and with that level of influence comes a responsibility to keep the community safe. Ignoring repeated warnings and allowing ongoing misconduct to continue unchecked is not only unprofessional — it is dangerous. Users deserve transparency, fair rule enforcement, and a moderation team that responds seriously to reports involving harassment or safety concerns.

In its current state, BIGO Live is failing its creators by allowing problematic behavior to continue without action. As a long-time user who has watched this issue escalate, I can no longer recommend BIGO Live as a safe or professionally managed environment.

The amount of talent on BIGO is actually insane. You gotta sift through some stuff, yeah, but then you'll stumble upon someone with the voice of an angel just singing in their bedroom. You can request a song and they will actually sing it for you! It feels so much more real and connected than just watching some polished performance on YouTube. It's my go-to for just chilling out at the end of the day.

I've gone to Big O Tires at Castle Pines, CO for decades. Visits for tires, service jobs, etc., have been quick, and employees courteous and respectful. The latter was especially true working with Dennis during my most recent visit. He was very sociable, and I enjoyed discussing various topics which had nothing to do with auto-services. My interaction with Dennis easily convinces me to return to this store and hopefully him.

Yeah, nah, it's pretty decent. Good way to kill a bit of time and see what people are up to. Haeps of variety in the streams, which is cool. You get the odd dodgy profile trying to message you, but they're easy enough to block. Overall, a solid app.

Aus is a bloody huge country, and living a bit regional can be isolating. BIGO's been great for that. Yeah, my internet can be a bit dodgy so the stream quality isn't always perfect. Being able to just jump on and chat with someone in Melbourne or Perth in real-time is unreal. It makes the country feel a whole lot smaller and more connected. True blue lifesaver.
