My experience was made nice and easy…
My experience was made nice and easy with William who showed me the van and everything about the van. All details were made clear and anything that needed doing (small chip in windscreen) was sorted before pick up and purchase. It was an easy and pleasant experience.

Terrible!
Bought a van in March, wipers motors failed and had to be changed, I had to change them on my own expense even I have paid for the warranty.
The van has an oil leak and more than 10 scratches and bumps all over the body.
I’ve contacted the dealership to deal with the warranty refund because the warranty wouldn’t pay my claim. The after sales team promised they will take care of it, passed almost a month since then and I got no answer, I’ve tried to call them and there is no answer on the other end, no answer to my emails, nothing.
I will take legal action against them and the warranty company, but I wanted to share this here so you will avoid them !

Great customer Service - Tasmin
Great perseverance and customer service from Tasmin. Test drove the car I wanted to buy but it had a few issues. Tasmin made sure that the car was repaired, serviced and MOT'ed and was 100% before we were told to come and collect it. Could not have asked for a better service. My wife was overjoyed when she finally received her car - Thank you Tasmin - a credit to your company.

Agreed a deal with this company to buy…
Agreed a deal with this company to buy two Mercedes 18 tonne trucks with two part exchange vehicles.
Finance arranged and paid so Saturday morning collection 200 miles to travel , on arrival they suddenly asked to test drive our old vehicles and then said they wasn’t worth their original offer despite photos etc!
We had two choices either give them a discount of 1600 pounds or the deal was off!
One vehicle was now 8kfrom nearly 10k , two days later on their website for 15k!
Our new vehicles several faults and curtain sides PAINTED so they look new for a couple of weeks until the paint starts peeling off!
Advertised with warranty but you don’t get one!
Told they had spare keys there wasn’t !
Both have broken rear door hinge Josh said £50 to replace , try £800 for a new flush door as the hinges are integral and can’t be replaced!
So nearly 40k trucks and they took the pi##
MAKE SURE YOU VIEW DONT BUY OVER PHONE AND DONT TRUST THEM TO KEEP THEIR WORD

Obviously we require to test drive your vehicles the same way we would expect you to test drive the vehicles you are purchasing, on test driving your vehicles multiple faults were found which is why the deal had to change, one of your vehicles has an estimate of over £4,000.00 to repair.
Obviously if you were not happy at the time it is always your prerogative as to whether you conclude the deal or not, we were professional and graceful throughout and offered multiple opportunities to part on good terms and walk away from the deal.

Absolutely terrible phone conversation interaction, rang back on missed call and started getting called random names?, all I wanted was to buy a reliable van for work, don’t really want to do business with people I feel I wouldn’t want to trust, sorry I won’t be using Big van world.

I take all my last review back it wasn’t till I got back home I seen that they never looked after me sold me a van that had a oil leak and didn’t tell me about the smash it had been in and they tried getting away with not paying me for my part ex just hope they can sort these issues before I have to take action against them

Will was great from start to finish
Will was great from start to finish. He was really thorough showing us different vans until we settled on the one that we bought. Communication was fantastic and we were able to collect the van less than a week later - very quick service. If we ever need to purchase a new van, this will be our first stop.
