I love the idea of this Web site and how they donate to charities this is the only reason they have 3 stars. However, I bought 2 cropped jumpers and they look really un finished and it looks as if someone has just bought a jumper and has cut them in half. They are threading really bad as well as they havent got a finishing seam. If these jumpers were £25-30 I wouldnt complain too much but the fact I paid £90 for 2 jumpers that look like I've cut them myself I just can't get behind.

I found this brand on Instagram and so was a bit dubious about ordering, but the designs are lovely and their focus on sustainability persuaded me! When my order arrived, I was really happy with the quality and fit of the clothes, and I loved that all the packaging is plastic free. Will definitely be ordering again.

Customer service really is SHOCKING! Never had a worst experience, sent them a message, saw that it had been ‘Read’ and NEVER got a reply. Disgraceful that someone on their team has looked at my inquiry and have decided that it’s not worth their time to reply. I have bought from them and I can’t really say the quality is amazing either. Really disappointed. You’d think a company that has been going for a fair few years would be able to work a little better. Would never buy from them again!

I've been buying from Big Wild Thought for about a year now and they are absolutely great! They've been announcing new T-shirt designs and I can't keep up! I want them all! The quality of the T-shirts are great and the designs are fantastic too. The added bonus that they contribute to charities is such a great addition.

I'm so pleased with my purchase. The delivery was late but I followed up and it seems it was lost in the post. They immediately sent me out an replacement which arrived in time as this was gift. Very pleased with the product quality and service! Thank you.

Big wild thought is one of my favourite companies. I love the embrodied design and the quality of the clothing is great too. Packages arrive quickly and each item comes with an information card about your chosen animal. I would definitely recommend to anyone who loves simple designs that support the ecosystem.

Some of the worst customer experience I’ve ever received. My delivery took weeks to arrive and I was sent someone else’s delivery first (with their name and address included in the package -GDPR?!) I then had to send that back and wasn’t refunded for that postage for weeks.
Because my order was so much later than they say on their website I couldn’t give it as a present as I planned so returned it and now I still haven’t had a refund weeks and weeks later.
They never reply to emails and they don’t give a full refund claiming because it goes to charity which i didn’t even think was legal.
Would recommend everyone avoids this company as they seem to have no regard for the customers.
The clothing was also very odd sizing.

Used this company now multiple times and have been very impressed every time. Could not recommend this company enough to anybody.

Avoid!! Really rude customer service and you can’t get a full refund so beware

With my most recent order, I had a bit of a moment and ordered the complete wrong size. I noticed as soon as the confirmation email came through. I quickly emailed customer services, asking if there would be anyway I could change the size of my order. They quickly replied that it would be no problem at all.
My order came today, the size I wanted, and the quality is amazing, better than other high street t-shirts I have brought. I love how you choose the colour you like and the animal you like so the product is custom to what you want. Would very highly recommend! Not to mention that they support various animal charities with your purchase. Brilliant small business, thank you Big Wild Thought!

I received my pink sloth sweatshirt the other day, and I haven't had it off since! The material is good quality and the service was fast. I cannot wait to purchase more clothing from them. I highly recommend them as I love the idea of 10% of the sale going to the relevant wildlife charity.

I got two t shirts and my girlfriend got a t shirt and a bag. They are all excellent quality and the t shirts fit us each perfectly. They arrived within four days of ordering which was faster than expected (especially ordering during COVID lockdown). The animals are embroidered rather than printed which adds a real authentic touch in my opinion. They even include a small leaflet for each animal you buy letting you know where the 10% is going. Great company, keep it up!

So very helpful when at the last minute I needed to alter the delivery address, very accommodating and quick to respond! Needless to say, I was very popular when it was delivered - great quality and a very happy surprise for my sister!

I ordered a sweatshirt a week ago and haven’t heard anything via email. On the website it states that each order should be processed within 4 days at most. However, it has been a week and I haven’t even received an email saying it has been shipped. I have yet to receive my product so I hope it will be to a high standard seeing as the wait has been rather long

I ordered a sloth t-shirt and loved it however wanted to exchange for a bigger size. The service was very helpful and quick. My t-shirt is great quality compared to other big brands you can buy for the same price and what’s not to love about knowing 10% goes to charity :)

So happy with my order!! Ordered a tote bag and t-shirt for my wife and she loves them. The bubble bee is so lovely. Love the fact it comes with an information card on the bumble bee. Quality item and beautifully presented. Ordered again for me this time!!

So happy with my item. Ordered the elephant sweat shirt and bat T-shirt. The quality of the animal designs are fantastic. I honestly don’t know any clothing company’s that give 10% to charity. Will be buying again. Thanks Big Wild Thought.
