Disgusting
Not only did my order take weeks to come, the design wasn’t what I ordered, the white sweatshirt was see through, and I was very disappointed that they only donated 10% of my £33. I swiftly returned my sweatshirt however they deny having received it so I’ve lost my money. Absolute joke. Just donate straight to a charity and buy a sweatshirt from primark and get your local printer shop to iron you on a dolphin instead.

I have been emailing you so should should see that's a refunds currently being processed. If a parcel has been missing in the post, we do have to wait to see if it is arriving late be processing the return, so I'm sorry you feel the process was too long.
