An absolute scam
Be careful, They sell B-ware stock and claim they are new! I bought a high-value fork for my bike and it arrived damaged from inside. When I contacting them for a replacement, they offered me to send it back to manufacturer and wait for 2 months for a response, which "might" or might not resulted a fix.
I don't have enough time to take a legal action against them so I let it go.
An absolute scam, Never again.

Thank you for your feedback. We strongly reject your allegation that we sell B-stock or used items. The parts we sell are original from the manufacturers or official distributors.
You contacted us several weeks after you received your ordered fork, claiming a defect in it. As you had been in contact with the manufacturer already, who suggested you contact a local dealer for a warranty claim, we suggested the same, or alternatively sending in the fork to us so we would do the claim. We also provided a return label for you to send back the fork to us.
These are standard claims procedures. which you actively chose to refuse. If you don't send in the fork, we can not help you in this case.

I want to give Bike Components a big compliment on the speed and on the handling of this order!
I kinda destroyed my back wheel last Saturday and wasn't helped by my local bikeshop.
As I'm going on a bike trip this Thursday I was in high need of a new back wheel. So I placed an order.
To my surprise the order was processed so quickly and the same with the GLS delivery (From Germany to the Netherlands). I really wasn't expecting the order placed on Monday delivered Tuesday.

Incorrect item sent... that's at your cost!
I ordered a set of Fox AWL 34 29" 140mm forks for delivery to the UK The order arrived in 7 days with me paying the £51 customs fees. On unboxing I realised i'd been sent a completely different item (Fox Rhythm 34 27.5"/29")
On contacting the company via their website explaining the issue & asking them to put this right without any cost to me I received the following reply:

Thank you for getting in touch.
Since the UK's withdrawal from the EU, imports are regularly subject to UK import VAT and, where applicable, customs duties.
The cost assumption depends on the reason for the return as well as the country from which the goods are being returned :
If you return the goods from a non-EU country, you are responsible for the shipping costs.
Thank you for your understanding.
If you have any further questions or require additional information, please do not hesitate to contact us at any time.
Note: This email also takes into account your other open tickets for which I am not writing an additional response.

Warranty claim ignored — three times
I filed a warranty claim for two defective tyres (Challenge Gravel Grinder Race TLR, 33-622) from two separate orders (6X3YZ3K and AU2307620).
Both tyres developed the exact same splits/cracks in the tread and sidewall — and one of them failed while still seated on the rim, never ridden a single metre. A tyre that has never been used cannot have impact damage, so this is clearly a manufacturing defect.
What's disappointing isn't the faulty product — it happens. It's the complete silence. I contacted them three times: the original claim with photos and order confirmations (12 July), a follow-up via the website form (16 July), and a final notice today (20 July).
Three messages, zero response — not even an acknowledgement.
The tyres were professionally mounted and inspected by a bike shop, and the bike is stored indoors on a wall mount.
There is no plausible explanation other than a material defect. Yet the claim is simply being ignored.
If there is no answer to today's final notice, I'm escalating to the European Consumer Centre.
For a company that markets itself on service, ignoring a legitimate, well-documented warranty claim from a repeat customer is unacceptable.
Would not recommend until they show they actually stand behind what they sell.

Wide choice of good components, good prices, strong package for the delivery and shipping at low costs.
Delivery took a bit longer than Amazon Prime, but that's up to the post service, no complaints from my side.
