I’m a little perplexed
I’m a little perplexed by these bad reviews because the service I received was top shelf! Rob was brilliant.
This was 2018 and I know a lot can change in 6 years. I placed an order for a 2017 Mondraker Summum Carbon pro which was displaying as in stock on their website however not 10 minutes after placing the order Rob gives me a call. “Joe I’m really sorry but the bike you’ve ordered is out of stock and is it’s last years model year it won’t be coming back in so what I suggest is, how would you feel if we sent you a 2018 Summum carbon pro and I’ll stand the price for you”
They always got back to me in a reasonable time frame even if there was no update. A year and a half later I needed an invoice to show to my Home insurers for the contents cover.
