Bikebuster grundlagdes i 1995 af den tidligere profesionelle cykelrytter Per Bausager, der i årerne 1977-1984 kørte alle de store cykelløb som Tour de France, Giro d'Italia, Vuelta d'Espagna, VM, Milano-San Remo, Flandern Rundt, Paris-Roubaix, Liege-Bastogne-Liege, Lombardiet Rundt m.fl., samt 35 6-dagesløb. Per Bausager kørte og boede i sin karriere blandt andet 7 år i Italien, i hvilken periode de mange kontakter til den italienske cykelindustri, der nu er hjørnestenen i Bikebuster, blev etableret. Blandt andet var han hjælperytter for Giovanni Battaglin da denne vandt Vuelta d'Espagna og Giro d'Italia. Bikebusters mål har altid været at finde både de nye varer og de gode tilbud på det internationale marked før konkurrenterne - og at sælge dem billigere. En stor rejseaktivitet på fabrikker og hos udenlandske grossister sikrer at Bikebuster altid er på forkant med udviklingen, og ofte er først til at få et godt tilbud. Bikebuster importerer selv de fleste varer og sælger dem videre til dig uden fordyrende mellemled, men samarbejder på visse varegrupper med de bedste danske distributører. Bikebuster Vesterbrogade: Bike service on expensive mtb bought in the store was insufficient and the staff was ignorant. Spend your money elsewere...

Vi beklager ikke at kunne svare på dette. Denne Trustpilot er Bikebuster Online's, og butikken på Vesterbrogade ejes ikke at os. Men Trustpilot's regler er sådan at når man har samme navn, så har man også samme profil.

Awful experience

1. They had the M-size of Assos jersey (kit actually) on their site, which I ordered.
2. Then they sent me the XLG size.
3. I complained, they said they are sorry and that they had the failure in their stock and they instructed me to send it back and that they will cover all the expenses.
4. So I sent it back to them and they received it on Aug. 15th. Since then they've asked me about my bank account for three times and ignored all my other e-mails.

Fast but awful service

I ordered a bike from Bikebuster. The delivery was fast but they delivered it without setting the front break and shifter which was included in the deal (it costed 500 kr extra). After I told them the problem they wanted me to bring the bike to their warehouse on my own expenses. I don't want to know what would happen if I had any problem during the warranty time. :S

Happy customer

I have now used them for around 10 years now (a racing bikecycle and lots of spares), and have never had a problem.
Recently bought a cheap pedal clamp, but got the wrong model. They told me to keep the wrong one, and they sent a more expensive correct one within 3 days.

Good service & quality stock

I've shopped here several times - only once had a problem, with the wrong item being delivered. This was replaced at no cost and in good time (and with apologies, which cost nothing but sometimes lack from other places!). My only "complaint" is that the cheapest prices are often on items with unusual sizing...
