What is going on with Bikeshare

What is going on with Bikeshare? In the past few weeks I have reported Mardyke, Fitzgeralds Park, gates of UCC stations saying no bikes available when in fact bikes are at the stands. I was told the maintenance crew are out but may not be able to park at some stations. That is not an issue at the stations mentioned above. On the last call I was informed they are waiting for funding from TFI. If the service is not available please tell us.

Unreliable company.

This is yet another company as unreliable as NDLS,
I paid €10 for their advertised 1 year membership on 16/10/25 There was an email stating I will receive a welcome letter and card in the post, I never got it.
Also they tried to take €11 from my account when website said its €10.
